Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's onsen, describing it as outstanding, relaxing, and a highlight of their stay. Many found the staff to be friendly and helpful, and rooms were noted as clean and comfortable. Breakfast and dinner received positive mentions for quality and variety, though some guests found the food options restrictive without prior reservation. The location was appreciated for its tranquility and proximity to transport, though a few noted it was somewhat remote. Amenities such as public baths and room facilities were well received, but a lack of in-room bathrooms and limited English communication were minor drawbacks. Overall, guests enjoyed the traditional atmosphere and value for price.
