Pros (+) This is an amazing property with fantastic views. The bed was incredible. The room service was delicious and the breakfast buffet was huge. I had a great stay.
Cons (-) The tour desk wasn't able to help me book a spa visit. I was a little disappointed. I was able to find a spa on my own so it worked out.

Cons (-) I was shocked at how bad this hotel was and am confused by the positive ratings. There was construction from 7:30am to 5pm that was very loud- no sleeping in. We were sold a tour that was terrible and way overpriced. Staff members tried to sell us side services. The AC did not work properly. The staff was not very friendly. Really bad experience. I will never stay at a Wyndham again.
