Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests had mixed experiences at this hotel. Many appreciated the helpful and courteous staff, especially mentioning Mr. Tarun, and found the location convenient with good access to nearby markets. Several guests felt the hotel offered good value for money. However, there were repeated complaints about small room sizes, cleanliness issues such as dirty bed sheets and dampness, and some negative experiences with room allocation and service. Overall, while the service and location stand out positively, room quality and cleanliness need improvement.
