4.0 Okay
Cons: No hot water in the morning, dirty shower
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel really makes an effort to be eco-friendly which I love. Staff were super friendly and helpful. And the best part is that you always have food and drinks available in the lounge (included in the price too!) So the whole time I didnt even need to go out for dinner, which was great because I needed to work in the evenings. Great stay.
Cons: I had no complaints.
7.9 Good
Pros: Location and clean
Cons: Room very small, odd bathroom layout. Rain shower gets the whole Bathroom wet. The water pressure in the AM IS VERY LOW TO A TRICKLE
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great breakfast, comfy bed. Nice design and comfy club area. Nice help with parking.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The comfort of the club room, location, the staff, the bed
Cons: Nothing (oh ok the shower before the toilet/washroom was a little annoying!)
8.5 Excellent
Pros: Lounge Food all day long Clean-ness
Cons: - need larger desk - need a table and to put stuffs - need to fix shower water leakage
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The concept of the Okko hotels is interesting. The Club floor is wonderful. You can have coffee and a snack at any time of the day. The evening appetizers were very welcome. If you get there early enough, the food is sufficient for an evening meal. It seems to be primarily used by business people during the week and in talking to some, they come back regularly. The bedrooms are small, but being able to hang out in Le Club makes up for it. As everyone says, the shower/toilet arrangement is a bit weird, but if you have a pair of slippers it works fine. If there were two in the room, you'd want two bathmats because the bathmat gets wet no matter what you do. Easily walkable from the train station.
Cons: nothing.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Some staff spoke English well. Fridge with cold beverages and coffee & tea 24/7 and for free were great. Location was convenient (train station in walking distance, but area isn’t too busy).
Cons: More like a very good hostel. Breakfast room and room itself weren’t clean and strong traces of usage everywhere. Some of the staff didn’t speak English. The gym is only a tiny room. Breakfast is very, very simple and doesn’t include many healthy options. No breakfast possible for people w diabetes or lactose intolerance.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is located a few minutes walking from the town center, It is surrounded by green (very helpful if you travel with your dog ... as we did). The structure is PET FRIENDLY, the staff very nice. Rooms are modern, clean, and elegant. The clients can access a lobby with terrace 24/24, get soft drinks and snacks for free. Happy hour is served with complimentary wine and good quality bites. Breakfast serves fresh pastries, cheese, juices and good coffee. LONG TIME WE DID NOT FIND SUCH A QUALITY STAY FOR SUCH A GOOD PRICE!!! We definitely recommend OKKO!!!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel has comfortable bed with especially nice pillows, which is important to me. Many amenities are included that aren't usually. The rooms are pretty spacious compared to most you will find in Grenoble.
Cons: The design is a little bit 'cold' and not necessarily my cup of tea, but sort of interesting at the same time. The elevators aren't very 'smart' in their programming. Sometimes they switch direction when you expect them to keep going the same way.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location, tram stop just around the corner, 5 mins into the centre of Grenoble. Bed was extremely comfortable and the blackout curtains , made for a good nights sleep.
Cons: The breakfast layout was a bit jumbled and dark in one corner.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Smart, classy, clean, very polite and helpful personnel.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location, nice helpful staff, excellent room and facilities. Good breakfast on Friday with very attentive waitress.
Cons: Poor breakfast on the Saturday- not even end of sitting and most things had gone and not replenished. Most disappointing. Plus point was that on complaining the charged for this was deleted from the bill. I'm sure that this was a one off glitch.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Luxurious. Extremely comfortable bed, super soft sheets, wonderful breakfast, very accommodating staff. It’s a lovely hotel.
Cons: Did not have a restaurant for lunch or dinner. It lacked a descent exercise room.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect for a stay with dogs. Uncomplicated. Very clean.
Cons: No air conditioning. Our room was rather warm. Window canmot be opened bc of the noisy street.
5.8 Okay
Pros: location right outside the city center, tram in front of the hotel. Good location.
Cons: Et booked a superior suite which wasn’t read when we arrived “because they had a big weekend and not enough time to clean”. We had to chase them to get a new room after one night. Quite disappointed in their management.
6.7 Good
Pros: Location is great if you go to the university (20min in foot) same distance to the city center and there’s a tram right in front of the hotel. Two room sizes available, the smaller ones are perfect (mountain view) if you need calm, the bigger ones are on the street side (very loud) and since it’s a passive hotel and no air conditioning it’s difficult to close the windows.
Cons: It’s a shame all bigger room (family suites) are on the street side - too noisy but still a good hotel overall.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The hotel & room were extremely clean and spacious. Our room was facing the main street - we were told all rooms only faced the main street. I am not sure I believe that since the hotel is an L shape, but we were exhausted so we took the room. Very clean, roomy bathroom & suite. However, there is no fan or ventilation and the room air was quite stagnant. Upon opening the window it was extremely noisy all night long. The train runs in front of the hotel and that never seemed to stop, so it made for a bit of a sleepless night. I would only stay here again if the room was NOT on the main street facing side. There is a secure parking lot, at no charge, and a covered parking under the building for a fee. It was a very safe feeling neighborhood. Nice breakfast for a fee.
Cons: Noisy location for main street-facing rooms. Need better pillows.

A stay at Hôtel de l'Europe Grenoble Hyper Centre places you in the heart of Grenoble, within a 10-minute walk of Museum of Grenoble and Museum of Resistance and Deportation. Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby, a 24-hour front desk, and luggage storage.
9.2 Excellent
Cons: Need more power sockets!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The staff were all extremely kind and friendly, without exception! Good breakfast buffet in a pleasant room. This is the oldest hotel in Grenoble and its position is excellent, right on the main square, and we had views of the square from our room. We'd definitely come back!
Cons: The bathroom could have done with more hooks and a surface or shelf to put things on. There was a fire alarm in the middle of the night, which although it wasn't in the hotel itself and wasn't the hotel's fault directly (someone had set fire to a rubbish bin in the backstreet) did ruin our second night and scared our children, however the lovely staff dealt with it very well
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Flawless location, delightful staff, birds on-site, air-conditioning, tons of period charm, breakfast for $10 Euros.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location and extremely good value for money. Quiet, clean and tidy.

8.8 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is very well located downtown on Place Victor Hugo, so well connected by trams and with plenty of cafes and restaurants in the vicinity. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was very good. The bathroom was a little compact, but the shower worked well, which is appreciated.
Cons: The interior decoration of the hotel is a little dated and shabby in places. The room was basic, though comfortable nonetheless. It didn't seem possible to open the window (perhaps this was just my room), so it was quite stuffy at times.

Pros: friendly, informal and yet classy
Cons: nothing

7.0 Good
Pros: We always like breakfast at Ibis Styles hotels - and rooms are clean & orderly. The bed was very comfortable. Staff was very helpful & pleasant. Good location for river, Bastille, marker and old town.
Cons: We were on the top floor and could still hear street noise in nearby bars until very late. Location is not good for a peaceful night's sleep - maybe ok in winter when people are not on the streets.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast had hot and cold options
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Everything was fine. No issues.
Cons: If I could change something, it would be the parking situation. For someone who is not accustomed to park in tight spaces, the parking was a nightmare. I had to have someone help me to avoid hitting the walls. It took a while to park every time because of that.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The best bed ever - even better than ours back home! Nuxe toiletries, complimentary minibar, nespresso and madeleines. Clean carpet, best pillows and duvet. Breakfast was superb with both quality and variety. easily the best continental breakfast I’ve had on this 2-week long trip. Staff speak good English and were all helpful and friendly, even the housekeeping staff who was moving trolleys out of the garage. Very handy private parking in the underground garage. Though chargeable but was reasonable at 5Euros/day. Quiet on the 4th floor even though hotel right next to the road.
Cons: Nothing.
5.8 Okay
Pros: The restaurant is nice and serves ok food. The rooms were clean and, as usual in France, provides a Nespresso coffee machine which I believe is a good thing :). Most of the staff was helpful and nice.
Cons: The hotel is ok. Nothing too fancy. It's clean and not too old, like most of the hotels in the area. The location is doubtable. It's known to be not safe, so it's recommended by the hotel staff to do not park in the streets. Instead use the E$5.00/day parking the hotel provides (At least, parking garage isn't expensive). At nights, on the main avenue nearby, you can find "night workers" and other type of people which is a little intimidating. Food options nearby is really scarce, so you have to walk at least 15 minutes down the big avenue to find reasonable food. Other than that, I'd say it's not that bad located. It's average, but it's far from the old downtown by the river where you find the nicest places. However, if you manage to understand the tram line, you can get and get out from there pretty quickly. Don't take me wrong, I'm not saying it's dangerous, but it is intimidating. If you are a woman/girl staying by yourself, I'd recommend caution. AC on the room didn't work, but I think this is an european thing to turn off the main AC during "winter". Even if the "winter" was 80 to 85F.
7.5 Good
Pros: The hotel was easy to find. The room was comfortable. The breakfast was very good. The WiFi worked well in my room. There was secure underground parking for my motorbike.
Cons: The hotel was located rather a long way from the historic centre of Grenoble. The underground car park had a polished concrete surface, which was rather slippery for motorcycles; and to park the motorbike there was very expensive.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Staff very efficient and helpful
Cons: Should have had a safe in the room
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Good breakfast.
Cons: . Location a bit drab. Perfect hotel for a short stay. Grenoble is not a pretty town.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Everything was fine in the hotel and its surrounding, like: restaurants, grocery, walking area
Cons: GYM: need a maintenance on some machines, Jacuzzi: its temperature cold to normal water which it should be hot, Sauna: my proposal to compile 2 Sauna into 1 Sauna to safe space in order to have more shower tap.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Very good localization, close to the railway station and to the center of the city. Relatively quiet. Rooms are very clean.
Cons: nothing
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The room was very convenient (close to the station) and a short walk to the main part of town. The staff was incredible. The woman who checked me in was helpful and very kind. The staff also had a very cute dog that welcomed me :)
7.5 Good
Pros: Breakfast was good. I expected to struggle with French, but people spoke English. There was noise in the street into the night once and that woke me up. I suggest a bigger bar of soap, sweet scent for the room when it is cleaned. I was surprised that the room was not locked after it had been cleaned (I did not leave anything valuable but it occurred to me that this is not a nice thing -one is entitled to privacy as long as he complies with the rules). The family air can be augmented with a some cheerful and colourful pictures on the hallways.
Cons: Please see #3 above
6.3 Good
Pros: The location is nice, 5min walk to the train station. Staff is kind. Cannot complain too much -- it is not expensive.
Cons: The room is full of the smell of detergent. The mattress is somewhat broken. There is a fan in the room, but does not help much in a hot day in Grenoble. With the heat and smell of the detergent, we have to open the window during the night, but then it was noisy.
Kyriad Grenoble Centre - Grenoble - Building
11
8.0 Excellent (1,349 reviews)
Overview Reviews
In the heart of Grenoble, Kyriad Grenoble Centre is within a 5-minute drive of Stade Lesdiguieres and Grenoble Seyssins Golf Club. Featured amenities include express check-in, express check-out, and complimentary newspapers in the lobby. Free self parking is available onsite.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Staff were friendly and very pleasant. Breakfast was good.
7.5 Good
Pros: Free and secure off road parking although limited number of spaces. There were some free parking spaces on the road outside. Tram stop (line E) and bus stops right outside the hotel so very handy for going into city centre if you don't want to take the car. For those with an electric / hybrid car there are a number of charging points very close to the hotel.
Cons: The beds were a bit hard but we are finding that a lot in French hotels recently. Maybe it's just us. A kettle and tea making facilities are provided in the room but literally only tea-making facilities. Sachets of instant coffee were not supplied. The buffet breakfast was expensive at 12 euros per person so we went across the road to a boulangerie and had coffee and croissants and pain au chocolat there instead for about 3 euros each (so breakfast for 3 cost less than breakfast for 1 in the hotel).
7.5 Good
Cons: The hotel charged my credit card in advance (my bank charges extra 10% for that). They refused to return the payment and accept payment in cash instead.
6.3 Good
Pros: Very accessible
Cons: Blue light of television
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely property. Clean and very comfortable. Staff were very helpful and no problem with speaking English. Helped work out the coffee machine for us when we just got a cup of milk! Us not understanding it. Always someone around if needed. Only stopped one night but it was excellent. Nice and cool too.
Cons: Nothing we didn’t like.
7.1 Good
Pros: Easy to find, close to tram stop, secure parking
Cons: Dirt in corners

9.6 Excellent
Pros: Excellent parking facilities.Very friendly welcome
7.1 Good
Pros: The Splendid may have been Splendid 25-30 years ago, but not so much any more! OK mid- level dated hotel. Good location.
Cons: There was a problem with our reservation for the last night. We had six rooms for two nights and three rooms for one night. I tried to pay for the last night, but somehow there was a misunderstanding for my friends in the morning and the hotel had other charges that were supposed to have been paid. The desk clerk was not easy to work with. Not a place I would stay again.

7.9 Good
Pros: Good breakfast, staff were very nice Great location for walking in the city. Parking garage was excellent
Cons: A couple of drunks who booked in at 2am in the morning, sadly the room they gave them was next door to us. Worst nights sleep ever in a hotel. The room had no air-con so was very hot, open the window and the town noise just flooded in
8.3 Excellent

Pros: Nice location, right next to a stop of tramline C and about 15 minutes walking from Place Grenette in the city centre. Staff was very friendly and always went out of their way to help or just for a chat. The one-person room was spatious and clean and had excellently working airconditioning. Nice building with an interesting history. I would stay again!
Cons: The price-quality for the breakfast was not great.

Pros: Breakfast was good. Good selection of food. Reception staff at check in was very helpful.
Cons: Room was very small and decor was poor. Website indicates only rooms which look large with double beds which is quite deceptive. Very basic room. Very limited choice of channels on TV. Carpet broken and worn, wall damaged in places.

9.2 Excellent
Pros: Great location in the central city area of Grenoble. Hotel rooms are spacious clean and comfortable.
Cons: Nothing to do with the Hotel, but street repairs outside made access to the hotel very difficult through a construction site. Nearest parking is 300m away from the hotel entrance.

Pros: I like the team at the reception
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The room was clean and the location was central. There were several nearby restaurants and shops and markets. The hotel is one block from the tram stop. There is a functioning elevator.
Cons: The room was small and simple. There was one plastic chair wedged between a small desk and the bed. There was no room for a luggage stand if there had been one. I believe that this hotel is owned by a luxury hotel group, but this is not luxurious.
7.5 Good
Pros: Location and size of room
Cons: Building work outside in the street started quite early - not the hotels fault.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Great breakfast. Very friendly staff.
Cons: N/A
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful location right in the middle of Grenoble. A perfect base to explore the city. Comfortable room and really friendly staff on the front desk who were very helpful.
Cons: It wasn't clear that you can't actually drive up to the hotel because it's on a pedestrianised street, but by chance we found the right car park, which is only 50m away and walked from there. They will valet park for you, but you have to phone them to be met.
