booked through kayak/traveleuro, paid in good faith and when we arrived ( late at night), the hotel had no record of our paid reservation. I had all the confirmation numbers, etc. We had no recourse but to pay for the room again to be able to stay there. I called Traveleuro and told them all of this, they said the 'escalation' desk would call me back in 15 minutes - I'm still waiting 3 days later....
