Great location! Very modern and cute!
Staff was excellent. It was my girlfriends birthday and they had left a card with Happy Birthday and Prosecco in the fridge.
Pillows were very flat but most hotel pillows are.
The location of hotel and the lay out of room
The bed was not as comfortable as it should have been and the pillows were hard and not comfortable at all.
That there was a cafe serving Starbucks in the lobby. I don't drink room coffee because it is usually so bad, but it was so convenient having a cafe with excellent coffee just downstairs! Also, I loved the dog run - so much easier than taking my pup to the street and wandering around looking for a place for him to do his business!
We never had our room serviced and I don't know if we had to do something special because we had a dog. The rules said we couldn't leave the dog in our room, so we didn't - we always took him with us. And it said that room service would only service our room if we were in the room with the dog or if the dog was out of the room. So room service could have come at any time. We were only there for two nights so by the evening of our first day we just didn't bother.
