Pros (+) The maintenance person scrapped my car windows after an overnight snowfall. Now that is service. Staff was super friendly and helpful.
Pros (+) Clean mattress, I rip all linen off every bed and lift the mattress up and this one looked new. Clean room, clean pool, we missed breakfast so dint know how it was.
Cons (-) Hot tub was warm not hot and water level was low, was still nice though.
