Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location near attractions and amenities, as well as the enjoyable pool area. However, many reviews highlighted issues with cleanliness, including mold, stains, and untidy rooms. Service experiences were mixed, with some guests praising friendly staff while others reported rude or unhelpful interactions. The lack of included breakfast and problems with pool facilities were also common complaints. Overall, while the location and pool were positives, cleanliness and service inconsistencies detracted from the experience.AI-generated from customer reviews

Pros (+) The front desk women were very helpful after informing me that the hotel was closed and arranged for me to stay elsewhere.
Cons (-) The ******* hotel was closed and amoma.com via Kayak booked me there! This was a complex bait and switch. I booked there for specific amenities and was sent to a hotel with far less. Avoid amoma.com!
