Very close to Alhambra but you need to either climb or have a car and ride the street steep up. Dirty filthy smelly and very basic. Beautiful view. Infront of bus stop. Only for 1 night stay. Late check in 10 eur.
The only advantage of this room was the proximity to the Alhambra and bus stop.
No reception, contact only by phone. There is no air conditioning. Earlier arrival between 14-15 is not accepted despite prior request. Room was not properly cleaned, bedding and towels stained. Coffee maker, no coffee.
Nothing, honestly nothing. First, we arrived at 16:00 pm and still rooms were not ready at all. Entering to rooms was the biggest shock, bedsheets smell so horrible, it means they did not wash them at all, towels were so old and smelly as well, the bathroom did not have any soup to wash hand and either no window or fan for air circulation, window could not be closed properly and it means every car pass you could hear. No air condition was in room or fan which caused keeping windows open and deal with noises and do not sleep the whole night. there was no reception as it's in the picture, instead was a room with curtains and written privat. vendor machine was empty and the coffee machine was plugged out. in the night one family arrived late and the owner started to shout that after 9 pm they have to pay 40 Ero extra. when we went out to ask him to stop shouting, then he said everybody out of my house. So we left one day early because of all those above reasons. It was completely throwing money to the garbage and having a worse experience in my traveling life. we are a young couple who travel a lot and we stay in hostels but this was an awful memory. even due we stayed in saliva in the hostel but it was so clean and the staff was so kind and helpful. I recommend booking.com has to even cancel their contract because I am sure nobody will like it. and one more thing: the family next to us also left one day earlier because they also said a room is so smelly.
everything: such a horrible place to stay.
Even not a single thing
The owner was a very rude old racist man.who initially refused to give us the keys and demanded an extra amount of 10euros against the key. we were late half and hour , didn’t try to contact us or even ask the reason on arrival. He kept us waiting for a good few hours late night on the road while the key was actually on the top of a fridge in the corridor. On his arrival we paid him the extra demanded money to ease our pain.he asked us about our nationality and then he start shouting and ask my father to leave and keep saying that go back to your country and you are not allowed to stay at my place he threw the money on the floor and started pushing my sister while asking us to leave the property and passed very racist comments. Suggested that we should go back to our country and he will not cancel our booking or refund and demanded us to stay in the room without a key overnight. Hearing his rude and inappropriate behaviour nearby room dwellers came out of their rooms to help and suggested that they also had problems with him while checking in while they were on time and their room wasn’t clean. Extra money was also demanded from them for cleaning facilities. Regarding the place itself very dirty and unkempt(cockroaches), no fans , noisy surroundings, dirty towels, vending machine not working, water in the corridors, no tea or coffee facility, views not as shown in the pictures, no WiFi as advertised (in asking about the WiFi code suggested that we should use free WiFi from next door hotel) , very unprofessional behaviour of the owner couple. This hotel should not be on bookings.com due to so many reasons.
The place was good but it was very warm in the room and a lot of noise disturbed our rest.
