Summary of reviews

Guests say

Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, finding it convenient for exploring the city and close to main attractions. However, several reviews highlighted issues with cleanliness, such as unclean rooms, insufficient towels, and maintenance problems in bathrooms. Service was also a concern for many, with reports of unmade beds, lack of room service, and unresponsive staff. Some guests found the beds comfortable, while others mentioned discomfort. Value for price was questioned by a few guests, who felt the rates were high for the level of service provided. Overall, while the location is a strong positive, improvements in cleanliness and service are needed.
