The friendliness and courtesy of the staff was an example to all hotels in Göteborg. Room could not be faulted and breakfast first class. I would highly recommend a stay .

My reservation was not in their computers. So it took a while to get the room in the first place.

Staff members were extremely helpful. The complimentary breakfast offered a variety of items and was superb. The hotel was clean and tidy, and is in a good part of town. Restaurants were reasonably close by.
