Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, often highlighting its proximity to city attractions and stunning rooftop views, especially of the hot air balloons. The service was described as exceptionally friendly, attentive, and helpful, with staff going above and beyond to make stays memorable. Breakfast received high marks for variety and quality, frequently noted as a highlight of the stay. The unique and cozy atmosphere, including the cave-like rooms and charming decor, was appreciated by many. Cleanliness was also positively mentioned, with rooms and common areas kept tidy and well-maintained. Some guests noted minor issues such as lack of terrace access, bathroom privacy, or air conditioning, but these did not overshadow the overwhelmingly positive experiences reported.
