Room was simplistic and very comfortable. Location was great!
Disappointing that the TV in the room does not have a chrome cast like streaming option. Breakfast was simple and limited - there should have been more options for those that don't like a full scottish breakfast.
The hotel was ideally situated for a concert at the hydro. Within walking distance of the venue meant we didn’t have to wait in long taxi queue. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was ideal for our needs.
The fact that the was no late night snacks in the bar or room service. Coming out the concert we would have ideally have liked to enjoy a snack particularly as lunch had been early and not having eaten anything before the concert. There is nothing available in that area at that time of night. Might be worth considering having a late night snack option. It would not stop us booking again though.
Lovely room, very clean, friendly and helpful staff, great leisure facilities, fantastic place
