Everything. Especially the staff. EXCELLENT customer service start to finish
Nothing it was perfect
The hotel is conveniently situated especially for our purposes. The staff were really nice however our room on the 12th floor was a little in need of repair, socket under the desk coming off the wall and water staining to the window edges. On the whole it was clean and made up well each day. We used the pool and sauna and found the restaurant convenient if a little overpriced for the food but nice.
Room needed some repairs, TV did not work on first night as unplugged sky box, needed a dust!
Location, beds, quiet, parking, breakfast
Staff are always friendly and willing to help. Nothing is too much bother for them
