Everything was excellent
Pleasant staff excellent rooms
Lovely large room, comfortable bed, very clean room with a great 'people watching' view of Hope Street & beautiful lobby!! Only downside - after being WOWED by the lobby, we were slightly let down with the room, it was lovely but the lobby was so beautiful, the room was a slight letdown....possibly our own expectations after seeing the lobby and bar area but we still enjoyed our stay and will definitely go back - fantastic location!!
No drawers in the room or phone to reach reception plus only one chair for sitting.
