Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it convenient for transport, shopping, and restaurants. The staff were frequently described as friendly and helpful, and many found the rooms to be clean and well-maintained. However, several guests felt the hotel was overpriced for the facilities provided, and there were repeated complaints about uncomfortable beds and issues with the lifts. Despite these drawbacks, the overall impression was positive due to the excellent location and service.AI-generated from customer reviews
