Pros (+) The receptionist was nice.
Cons (-) When we got to our room it was dirty still. There was a pile of bath towels on the bathroom floor and the bed wasn’t made. We went back to the front desk and the receptionist offered us a room at the Eisenhower next door. Cons (-) I was right to be skeptical based on previous reviews. Upon arrival our door was unlocked. One of the comforters had blood on it and the blankets provided upon complaining were dirty and full of cigarette holes as big as quarters. The floor was not vacuumed at all. Pros (+) The staff was pleasant and rooms were very large. Facility is huge.
Cons (-) The hotel is very dark and poorly lit. The hot tub was not usable and did not look like it was going to be fixed anytime soon. Room was very nice size with two king beds but again very poorly lit.
