The room seemed very moist, as in a musty odor and dirty. A guest was walking a dog and let it poop in the indoor pool area (which was carpeted ?) seemed very unsanitary. Also the room had a large crack at bottom and side of exterior door so you could here all the sound from outside, Overall it wasn’t a good experience and I wouldn’t recommend.
People were great.
Humidity in the pool area was off the charts.
Enough pillows, bed was comfy, walking distance from downtown Galtinburg.
The waterfall to the pool was hardly on. Didn't get to enjoy it and it was selling point online.
The location was excellent and compared to the prices of the other places in the area..this was definitely the best choice... Staff was very friendly and my room was comfortable..I would come back next time I came to Gatlinburg.
I think the hot tub needed jets that work.
Would have preferred restaurant be open. loved pool
Pool could be a little warmer
