Summary of reviews
Guests say
Most guests praised the hotel's excellent location, making it easy to access downtown and local attractions. However, many expressed disappointment with the cleanliness of the rooms, noting issues like mold, bad smells, and leftover trash. Service was a common concern, with several guests reporting difficulties checking in, lack of staff presence, and unresponsive management. Bathrooms were often described as outdated or in need of better cleaning, and hot water was a recurring problem. Despite these drawbacks, some guests felt the hotel offered good value for the price and appreciated the proximity to restaurants and attractions.AI-generated from customer reviews
