Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to the lake, city center, and promenade. Many found the views and access to local attractions outstanding. Breakfast received mixed feedback, with some guests enjoying it and others finding it lacking in variety or quality. Service was also mixed, with several guests appreciating the friendliness and helpfulness of some staff members, while others encountered unprofessional or unfriendly behavior. Parking was a common concern, as the parking lot is often far from the hotel and inconvenient for those with luggage. Noise levels were an issue for some, with reports of thin walls and early morning disturbances from cleaning or nearby activities. Overall, the location and views are the hotel's strongest points, with room for improvement in service, breakfast, and parking.
