Cons: As above
9.6 Excellent

Cons: Would have been nice to eat breakfast outside.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location friendly staff.
Cons: Not many vegan and vegetarian options
7.0 Good
Pros: The beds were fantastic! Best we had in Italy so far. Service was good as well. Next to the beach so everything what you’d wish. And the personnel was friendly and helpful.
Cons: There was a party at the pool from midnight to 2’ in the morning with loud music. We were already sleeping so we were not amused. We’d understand if it were UNTIL midnight but that’s when it all started.. we did get apologies from the hotel but we did think it wasn’t a great idea to host a private party at night while having normal hotel guests. Next to this experience we had a good stay.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great room great service at the reception and the bar
Cons: Breakfast could have a wider variety and the service during breakfast could be much better
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Restaurant food was excellent. Couldnt fault our stay in any way
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great setting on a beautiful beach. Nice pool area. Complementary pool/beach towels and free parking. Good breakfast. Good sized family room. Staff very helpful and welcoming

7.9 Good
Pros: very spacious room, nice design
Cons: Our room had a problem with dampness.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Big apartament with all neccesary equipment, nice and helpful staff. Breakfast was always tasty with good selection of food, held on tarrace with nice view for the town and the sea. Good location, close to town center and beach/sea.
Cons: Really weak wifi connection.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Good location in heart of old town. Coffee machine available at all times up on terrace. Good breakfast there as well. Decent room with large fridge freezer. Good aircon
Cons: No parking nearby but not a problem
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location within the old city centre, easy walking to anywhere within the city centre. A good selection of nice restaurants and bars. The room was large clean and comfortable. The breakfasts were plentiful and really tasty with a great selection and choice, the coffee was particularly nice. Staff friendly and helpful. Room was cleaned daily to a high standard. This was an inexpensive B&B which was great value for money. Highly recommended.
Cons: Nothing. We were worried about where to park our own car (not a hire car) however, the chap on reception directed us to a safe public parking area (in the port area) about 400m from the B & B .which was absolutely free. I believe that he gave our number plate details to the local police who were then aware who the car belonged to and where the owners could be found, if needed.
7.1 Good
Pros: The host's flexible attitude. They didn’t charge anything in advance, we were able to pay everything at the site. Breakfast was good, there was huge selection of meals, they provided with prior request a gluten-free breakfast without any extra charge.
Cons: The accommodation is located in a charming old town, but parking is not possible in the area, only in the harbor, which is at least 500 meters on foot. Free parking spaces in the marina are typically full, and it's not easy to find a paid parking space. This listing contains misleading information. ("Free public parking is possible at a location nearby.")
6.7 Good
Pros: central location, spacious room
Cons: rather worn down...moulded wall in bed and bathroom, only thin sheet no extra blankets...
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast very very good. B&B is in the old town. Staff is efficient, kind and helpful. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. There is lots of cleaning.
Cons: There are not the bidè.

9.2 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly staff. Breakfast is in the terrace and it's just lovely, close to some lemon trees. Facilities were really good in general (if they would build a swimming pool it will be perfect). Free WiFi, free parking, television.
Cons: They could have someone fluent in English. Also, we were in 4 people in our room and we had only 2 towel kit, and when we tried to get 2 more towels we couldn't properly communicate. Also, it's a bit far from downtown.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Great breakfast and very friendly staff.

9.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast, terrace areas, style of building
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The spacious terrace with a view of the sea was lovely as was the breakfast on the roof overlooking the sea. The staff were very helpful and the location; a short walk from both the town and the sea was great. The palazzo itself is beautiful with many outdoor areas to relax in and enjoy the view and the sun.
Cons: The lack of information about the air conditioning etc was missing from the room on the first night howeverthis was remedied the next day. Three euros tax was added unexpectedly to the bill.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Absolutely beautiful palazzo with the best roof-top terrace. The view here was truly spectacular! Breakfast was served here too. The bed was very comfortable and big. Top location in a very charming Italian town. Very close to restaurants and swimming beach. We liked it so much we stayed an extra night.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful of building, our room was better than expected and came with a terrace. Good breakfast, fantastic views from the roof top terrace where breakfast is served. Good AC!
Cons: The towels are rather hard.....
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The building was charming with beautiful terraces and a sunny breakfast room. It had understated charm and the staff were so helpful and friendly.
7.9 Good
Pros: Location is fantastic and the rooftop is outstanding to spend time and looking the stars in the night, very romantic!!
Cons: I like the typical Italian breakfast, however, there was a lack of attention in the juices. They were water with sugar, at this level I find not acceptable this kind of things. Secondly, the coffe in south of Italy I would expect much better quality.
5.8 Okay
Cons: Our room was insufficient regarding AC-functioning, chip key-system. The information received when arriving and in the room regarding these tecnical facilities was insufficient. We got locked out around 6 PM one day - when the chip door key stopped working - and we could only with great difficulty and a lot of luck get in contact with the management to fix the problem. Had it happend later I think we wold have been in real trouble. Urgent need to overse the lock system, the customer info and make sure you can contact management at any time in crisis. he place is otherwise nice but needs management improvement
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful historic building atmospheric
8.8 Excellent
Pros: the location was great as was the rooftop terrace that breakfast was served on. great view of the sunset from above.

A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge (available 24 hours), and self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The reception staff were very welcoming and generally all of the staff we found to be great. The cleaning staff do a fantastic job and lady on the bar pointed us to some real treasures to visit. The rooms are large and very spacious bathrooms. The hotel generally is great and seems to be very high quality for the area it is located in and the cleaning staff do a fantastic job.
Cons: The breakfast was not great, we found the staff very attentive but the food choice and quality was lacking. We also had to search through the plates for clean ones as the washing up had clearly been rushed on both mornings.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Hotel very nice and very nice staff and management, the location around the hotel poor and rundown ver neglected
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The room was really big and comfortable as do as the bathroom. Shower was magnificent and the water came out hot and with nice pressure. The services at the place are perfect for a nice and relaxed stay. During summer it must be wonderful to use the swimming pool. The staff was very nice and kind and the breakfast abundant and varied. The position suits perfect if you have a car cause you're not in the middle of the historical center (avoiding the chaos of parking and transit) but either so far to walk, and not more to 10 minutes driving if you want to go to the outside city beaches.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The personnel is very courteous. We arrived around noon and they gave us a room early to store our luggage and then later in the afternoon our real room. The room was spacious, perfectly clean, had everything you need. The hotel provides a shuttle bus to the city center and back, if you want to go out in town in the evening. Easy to park right outside the hotel. There's also a health club but we did not have time to use it. The breakfast was lovely, view over the outdoor swimming pool, and the selection of foods was excellent, especially for a sweet tooth ;) I really liked this hotel, we'll definitely stay there if we ever come back to Gallipoli again. Warmly recommended.
Cons: Cannot say anything really negative. It's a bit far from the old town but during daylight hours, it's a fun walk by the sea. And in the evenings you can use the shuttle bus provided by the hotel, so it's not really a problem.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Staff very kind and professional always willing to help and give advise . Very good breakfast (i specially appreciated the bruschette) both in quality and quantity (they immediately filled all trays as soon as they were not even half empty). The shuttle to downtown Gallipopoli is a plus. I didnt see any other hotel with this service. The swiming pool is really nice.
Cons: It would have been nice to have some after dinner activity either in the lounge or the nice inside courtyard. It was too quiet . I also suggest asling the cleaning team to pay more attention to the bathroom. There were some antiaesthetic limestone stains in the angles of the shower and window. Othan than that everything was spotless clean
7.1 Good
Pros: Very clean
Cons: Bad noise isolation. You could hear your neighbor next door
7.1 Good
Cons: Booked for pool which was disappointing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were extremely friendly, and welcoming. We turned up a little early and were let into our room and when we left, we were able to keep it for a few hours longer. The staff recommend restaurants and also were able to phone taxis and transfers for us. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean, and the room was extremely comfortable. We ate dinner out every evening, but the breakfast was a continental buffet comprising a very good selection. All in all, the stay was outstanding. I would very much recommend this hotel and will hopefully come back here myself!
Cons: There was nothing I didn't like, it was amazing.
Relais Corte Palmieri - Gallipoli - Building
9
8.9 Excellent (492 reviews)

7.5 Good
Pros: Roof terrace Lovely welcome at reception Pick up on shuttle from car park was fun
Cons: Not particularly friendly staff at breakfast
9.2 Excellent
Pros: It was a beautiful property throughout and our bedroom was large. The huge and light bathroom was a bonus. Both the window in the bedroom and bathroom were Juliet balconies which were lovely. The many outside spaces to sit added to our relaxation. The buggy from the carpark with the cases was really useful and then taking them up all the stairs to the room was necessary.
Cons: It should have been clearer that there are a great many steps up to the rooms. As it is an old property we had to go up and down may flights of steps each time. Also a bar would have been nice, as the roof terrace to watch the sunset over the sea would have been improved with a drink and some nibbles.
3.0 Mediocre
Cons: we were staying there at the 4th floor-the hotel has no elevators, so the check in and check out with the luggage turned to a nightmare-we were hanging the bags all around narrow stairs at each floor... the second thing that disappointed was that the reveptionists gave us completely wrong info regarding the beach they suggest as long as the hotel has an agreement with-g beach indeed- the price was at the end completely wrong, transfer price as well
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very stylish, panaromic terrace, nice breakfast, friendly staff, perfect value
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Great size room and wonderful location. Bed and bathroom were very comfortable!
Cons: Nothing it was perfect
8.8 Excellent

Cons: Beds that joined together . Would rather a bed that was a whole piece

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean friendly staff, discounts on many restaurants in the area. The room was lovely the hotel had a roof terrace with a stunning view. The old town was an 8 minute walk with bars and restaurants along the way. Highly recommended
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: A new modern hotel with amazing views of the marina.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Just outside the main centro island, maybe a 10 minute stroll to the bridge. That means it was quiet, had free street parking (even high season), but I still had a waterfront view for a very reasonable price. The staff was excellent. But most importantly, I ate eggs with the included breakfast; not common in Puglia, and I was delighted.
Cons: Nothing. If you don’t mind staying a short walk from the city center, this is your place.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The hotel seems brand new, well looked after and very modern. The staff was brilliant! Had a little treat for my birthday, which was indeed very sweet of them.
Cons: The only little comment I would say it’s about the double bed are two singles together. So for couples that like to hold each other it’s a bit tricky
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Excellent welcoming and helpful staff, comfortable room, good location for the old town.
Cons: Nothing
7.1 Good
Pros: Staff were excellent. Gave a very friendly professional service throughout. Parking great. Rooms clean and tidy.
Cons: Railway and road between sea view. Flags on veranda outside our room vibrated in wind, making very loud noise throughout night. Can't believe this hasn't been mentioned before , so easy to fix . No lift, but we knew that.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Location and parking availability Friendly staff Good breakfast
Cons: No lift
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Bianco This being our 5th or 6th stay in this wonderful old hotel, says a lot. Exceptionally clean, big, cheerful rooms (make sure you get one with a view) Charming friendly staff, and easy walk to the old city. parking right in front; Can’t say enough good about this hotel. We love it, it is like living in the past with all the modern amenities. Serena and Denise at the reception are as helpful as they are delightful.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Fabulous Hotel. We really liked the view and the multi-level room. Superb bathrooms, comfy beds.
Cons: Light switches were too complicated (but is that really a problem?)

Cons: It is a little bit expensive, especially that it is a few kilometers away from the city.
7.5 Good
Pros: Delightfully helpful Luigi on reception. Easy access to private sandy beach with good swimming.
Cons: Food simple.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Location was good however a bit of a walk to the beach with umbrellas and sunbeds. Great pizza shop down the road.
Cons: More coffee at breakfast
4.6 Okay
Pros: breakfast good
Cons: i feel short changed, when i booked in September 2017 they advertised a swimming pool which NOT exist. They advertised a private beach which was awful. Because no proper sand, concrete lumps sticking up out of the ground. There was one grotty chair next to a fish market .No IT was AWFUL. They advertised that hotel was on the beach NOT TRUE. It was up a steep hill with lots of steps. We should be warned as i am disabled. NO tv channels in English 80 channels of Italian and Arab programmes about training terrorists. Toilet wobbled from side to side. NOT SCREWED TO FLOOR. This hotel is grossly over priced and over rated in my opinion.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: We drove in late from Ginosa and Luigi greeted us, speaking Italian and English. He was a wealth of information and was great throughout our stay. We parked on a narrow one way street without any trouble right in front of the hotel. There was an elevator. There were two pieces of workout equipment on an outside terrace with a wonderful breeze And a small spot I think, we never checked it out. There was a small bar in the lobby to take a little break at with several tables and chairs. The left side of the lobby had comfortable couches and a TV to hang out at the end of your day with friends before heading up to the room. The hotel had a white fenced in private beach that was guarded with a closed gate. You could get beach towels at the front desk at no charge. Roberto would set up the beach chairs and umbrella for you. The walk to the beach was 4 short blocks down the hill, part of it with 30 steps. The beach had craggy rocks, great for seeing fish. but there were a few sandy areas to walk through the rocks to get to the sandy part of swimming. It also had a dock with a six step ladder to lower yourself into the water as well. We bought a raft and a pump for about €27 across the street at a beach store and were allowed to go in the water with that too. You could check out the dinner menu in the morning and make a reservation to eat at the hotel And the food was excellent. All the waiters and staff were friendly and very accommodating. Breakfast had many cakes and pastries, croissants, cornflakes, Fruits, fresh juices and you could also request an omelette with cheese. One night after getting gelato near the beach and checking out the little kids carnival that was going on every night, a few of us ran up the final steps to the hotel like in the Rocky movie and one of us lost our room keys as it flew out of our shirt pocket. But no worries the hotel lobby let us into our room and said they would change the lock tomorrow.
Cons: Absolutely nothing. Close to Small shops, food shops, gelato shops, restaurants.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing staff, picturesque terrace views, quiet location (need a car). Super service and recommendable stay!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Location, cleaness
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely stay, great staff who were attentive to our every need, we will be back. Thank you.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: High standards. Best b&b on my recent trip!!!
Cons: None
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I didn't plan to stay in Gallipoli, but changed my mind in the evening, desided that it's good idea not be in a nurry and find simple hotel in the centre, I liked this city, I arrived in the morning. I found the hotel quickly and after check-in and discussion with personnel I understood that I made right desigion :). - Room: simple but modern, smart and small, but you don't feel that you don't have enough space. Bathroom is very good equiped. Balcony was like a bonus for me, because I didn't expect to have balcony in this small room :). - Check-in and check-out are very simple and quick, access to the hotel and room is very simple and comfortable - onle by one card. no plenty keys :). - Breakfast: if you want you can pay for breakfast. If you don't want, anyway you can go to the same cafe ( 2 min walk) in the central street. It's big central cafe, with big chose, it's open at 6 am, the train station is in the coner. So even you are in an hurry, you have time:) I can confidently recommend this hotel. Thank you for good organization.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Absolutely everything!
Cons: Add shower gel and shampoo to the bathroom guys ;)!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: great location, about 10 minute walk along the main shopping road to the old town. Room and bathroom were amazing. I would recommend hiring bikes to access the beaches further along the coast as they are amazing.
Cons: the description on booking .com says that the B&B has a wellness pool, we weren't told about this on arrival and I can't see that there was one in the building, so this needs to be clearer in the description of the property. The breakfast was quite limited
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Staff was great, room was big and comfortable, the bathroom was decent with a huge shower.
Cons: It’s difficult to park nearby in August. Breakfast doesn’t offer a huge variety of food.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff. We were settled in B&B at about 10 in the morning, although the check-in time was indicated on the site at 16:00. One of the employees baked magic cakes for us every morning. The breakfasts were delicious, varied and croissants were also excellent. Clean and snow-white linens and towels, a cozy balcony and no noisy street on which B&B is located. Near the sea with a rocky entry into it. The nearest sandy beach in the old town.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location, short walk from the sea and old town. Cozy place for a short stay.
Cons: It is good for a shorter stay, a little bit tiny room.

Pros: This B&B is in a most beautiful apartment. It is on the Main Street in Gallipoli, less than 10 mins from the station. the lady who runs it is very nice , not much English but not a problem. There is a beautiful sitting area and breakfast is in a formal dining room, a good example of a beautiful Italian apartment looks like with marble floors and beautiful lights. When traveling you don't normally get to see apartments like this. It is on the first floor of a beautiful building, there is a lift. I will always stay there next time I am in Gallipoli
6.7 Good
Pros: The house is very nice and high-end, it really is a palazzo! Also, the lobby/ breakfast room and terrace are very nice. The room itself is nicely furnished and has an okay size, the bathroom facilities are not the most modern but definitely good enough. AC saved our lives at around 30 degrees! The room had a little inside yard which we used to dry our beach wear. The host, Patricia, is very friendly and helpful, but unfortunately doesn't speak English at all so the communication was merely limpingly existent.
Cons: We had a room facing a tiny private inside yard, so there was not much natural light and no view at all expect for the view towards a wall. Thankfully, we only stayed 1 night so it was okay (otherwise it would have driven me crazy, I need light and need to see the outside world). The floor with historic stone tiles looks nice, but should be cleaner – we couldn't walk without socks – and the bed was not very comfortable. For 1 night and only using the room to sleep there, it was okay, but still not quite worth the price and we both didn't sleep very well, so we wouldn't come back to this B&B despite all the positive factors which also exist.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Patrizia was so kind and professional :)
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The owner was very kind and helpful.
Cons: Noise from the street
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Our hostess was very friendy and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. There was a 'balcony' area on which we could dry clothes (we were a party of 6 on a cycling trip). Location was very good.....close to the lovely old part of town. The property was very nicely decorated. Air-conditioning very welcome and effective!
Cons: There was nothing I could find a fault with !!
8.8 Excellent
Cons: Only sweet breakfast (Very sweet!)
6.3 Good
Pros: The aesthetic’s of the hotel are lovely. Rooms are large and airy, and well situated.
Cons: The bed in our room was awful. The bed was two single mattresses that were NOT comfortable at all, you would roll into the middle. It is a shame that such an important item was overlooked. If they change/upgrade their mattresses it would make all the difference. Also, their staff were friendly but spoke zero English and therefore communicating was very challenging which did impact the quality of our stay compared to other B&B’s.
6.3 Good
Pros: The location was good, property manager was sweet and helpful.
Cons: Bed wasn’t very comfortable, and room did not have towels or floor mat in the bathroom. Once we asked for them, they did deliver them but would have been nice to have from the start.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Palazzo Angelelli B&B is in a beatiful 19th century building. The public spaces are very well maintained and elegantly appointed. I had the budget "stanzetta" which was a bit small and dark, but suited me well since I went out most of the time. Excellent WiFi. The hotel is located right on the Corso Roma, the main boulevard in the 19th century part of Gallipoli. The hostess was very friendly and very helpful. Would definitely recommend it!
Cons: I would prefer a less sugary breakfast, with boiled eggs, ham and some cheese. The options for breakfast were limited to items that were very sweet. This is a problem in most of Italy, though.

Pros: Nice Swimming pool, room was clean and resort quite (maybe too much)

Cons: breakfast was poor many things were finished and no body topped them up
10.0 Excellent
Pros: No bads, only goods.

3.8 Mediocre
Cons: The cleaning staff mopped the corridors outside our rooms. They did not post ‘wet floor’ signs and a member of my party slipped and took a bad fall.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: An excellent hotel that has all the conditions to relax. Breakfast is varied and quality: yogurt, milk, tea, coffee, salami, cheese, cereals, cakes, croissants, juices, and more. The room is large and beautiful with balcony. The pool is ok. Good food restaurants. And the garden is gorgeous!
Cons: Excellent!

10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was clean, new, well equipped. The campsite was spotless with a fabulous warm pool, friendly staff and fantastic security.
Cons: Nothing.
5.4 Okay
Pros: Property was clean. Swimming pool was good and on site shop was excellent. Beach bar was a highlight with fantastic views.
Cons: Our mobile home was literally 20m the water park which played extremely loud music from 10am to 7pm every day with a break for lunch. On 3 of the 7 nights it played music until about 130am. It was so loud. Staff couldn’t or wouldn’t do anything about it. It needs to say explicitly on the booking page how intrusive this is as it really spoiled the holiday. On the odd occasions there was no music it was extremely peaceful and relaxing. There is also not an electric kettle as listed.
