Pros: Such a gem, great location 5 mins walk from the old town. Rooms were super clean and comfortable, and also had a great rustic feeling about them. The hotel also has a huge roof top terrace.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Charming, well restored apartment, an easy walk into the old town. We were fortunate enough to be upgraded to the deluxe suite with balcony and street view. Delightful breakfast on the roof top with fresh fruits, pastries, good selection of meats and cheeses. And good coffee of course! Was also excellent value with easy parking options.
Cons: Would have liked to have used the spa bath provided but ran out of time!
10.0 Excellent

Cons: Had to leave, relatively early check out time at 10am

Pros: The breakfast was excellent. Anthony (the owner) prepared an excellent breakfast which you can not have on any other hotel. The hotel was nice and tidy. Room and bathroom was very clean. Location is perfect, two minutes to the seaside. Overall it was an excellent experience...
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The service, breakfast, location, and value. We were allowed to check in late due to late arrival. The owner provided great advice on places to visit in the area.
Cons: The beds can be more comfortable.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: New, comfortable facilities.
Cons: No parking. You have to find a spot in the street.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Very kind host. Good breakfast. Easy, free parking in the street. Beach is just steps away.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing breakfast. Local cheeses and pasteries. It was great to talk with our hosta and get to know them. Huge comfortable clean room. They let us store our bicycles in their garage. Recommended an amazing local non touristy seafood restaurant.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Antonio the owner is very friendly and caring. The breakfast was incredibly rich with local products and plenty of food (we always skipped lunch). The place is outside the city center, which is nevertheless very easy to reach. Nice and delicious restaurants are in the neighborhoods as well. Beaches are very accessible from the B&B Anxa, and parking is easy, so the position is definitively a very good compromise.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing place. Host is accommodating and sweet.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Owners are really helpfull, the breakfast is super!

Featured amenities include express check-in, dry cleaning/laundry services, and luggage storage. A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge (available 24 hours).
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location within the old city centre, easy walking to anywhere within the city centre. A good selection of nice restaurants and bars. The room was large clean and comfortable. The breakfasts were plentiful and really tasty with a great selection and choice, the coffee was particularly nice. Staff friendly and helpful. Room was cleaned daily to a high standard. This was an inexpensive B&B which was great value for money. Highly recommended.
Cons: Nothing. We were worried about where to park our own car (not a hire car) however, the chap on reception directed us to a safe public parking area (in the port area) about 400m from the B & B .which was absolutely free. I believe that he gave our number plate details to the local police who were then aware who the car belonged to and where the owners could be found, if needed.
7.9 Good
Pros: The property is located in a historic part of the old town in close proximity to the Purita public beach as well as to multiple restaurants and promenades. Friendly and helpful staff. Trouble-free check-in / out. The former convent building has a flair with vaulted ceilings and very nice rooms featuring furniture from the period, however this only applies to the rooms located on the bel étage.
Cons: The accommodation positioned as 'deluxe suite' located on the ground floor, was Ikea style and rather basic. A key criteria for me was the availability of parking as I was exploring the region by car with kids. However parking-related information on the booking.com web site was misleading as the offered "free parking" turned out to be a messy public parking at Via della Cala in a port area 15-minute sun-hit walk from the property. What added to the negative parking experience was the presence of some shady local "helpers' who were there in the evening directing you to available space and expecting tips. I saw some locals giving them money, I did not do it and luckily nothing happened to my car. Commercial parking was rather expensive and also far away from the B&B.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Good hosts, very nice breakfast (on the terrace btw), very central location, very spacious room and comfortable bed
Cons: Everything was good, perhaps the shower a little too small
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The Appartement was very clean and well designed even if it was simple. We really enjoyed the town centre Gallipoli
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was perfect, and served in a lovely shaded area on the roof, with gorgeous views of the blue sea all around. Alessandro, the manager/receptionist was extremely helpful. We needed him to help us organise a couple of tricky things, all of which he did with great charm and efficiency. We cannot thank him enough. Our room was very convenient, being on the ground floor, and the beds were extremely comfortable.
Cons: nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I really enjoy my stay at Dimora SAN Vincenzo. Thank you
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Very nice old building without elevator though. Spacious room!!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: A wonderful place to stay, excellent location, beautiful building, my room was Hugh. Breakfast was excellent with a wide choice, in the heart of the old town but quiet. Would stay again any day!
Cons: Nothin

9.2 Excellent
Pros: The beach is wonderful. facilities spotless clean. staff very friendly and competent.
Cons: difficult to find by car. GPS did show wrong coordinates.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We had been staying at boutique b&b’s in Puglia and were initially disappointed with our room, which felt a little bland in comparison and was positioned at the rear of the building. However, we asked for a better room and the gentleman on reception was extremely helpful and moved us the next day. Good start! From then on we realised how nothing was too much trouble for the lovely staff at this brilliantly run hotel - the answer was always yes! The west facing, sunset beach is immaculate and so is the water. Your sun lounger is automatically reserved each day so no stress there! The food at the main restaurant and attached pizza/grill restaurant is excellent. We didn’t want to leave!
Cons: Slightly disappointed that they don’t serve food at the beach (except for basic sandwiches and snacks). There is a bar and buffet restaurant at the beach but you can’t take the food to your sun loungers. Minor thing!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic beachfront setting. Modern clean room and great bathroom shower and facilities. Ample lighting and mirrors with decent storage. Fridge/mini bar. Excellent Pool and beach seating with towels. Great breakfast spread, hot tea and coffee. Ample parking and Lovely garden, smart reception and a lift that didn't feel like a broom cupboard. Good size TV with international channels.
Cons: 3km from town.no courtesy bus or local transport. Need a car! Room a bit sparsely decorated (white walls and no pictures) and no duvet cover on bed. No tea and coffee making facilities in room.
7.9 Good
Pros: Private beach is incredible. Each room is assigned it's own space for sun loungers, umbrella, and towels. Water is crystal clear, shallow, and warm. Beach is clean with white sand. Very quiet and peaceful at night Rooms have amazing views
Cons: We found the food at the restaurant to be a bit average. Only way to get to Galipoli is by driving or taxi
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The beach was beautiful especially the water. In the evening they had live entertainment to listen to but there were many older couples including ourselves who would have liked to have danced.
Cons: The hotel has a beautiful swimming pool but you could not go into it without a bathing cap which we thought was unnecessary. Also, the dining room has nice large doors but they did not open them.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Hotel staff excellent. Breakfast great. cleanliness exceptional
Cons: Provide a kettle and cups in the room for tea/coffee
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Beach and water cleanliness superb. Attentive, kind and helpful staff.
Cons: Mediocre restaurant.
6.7 Good
Pros: Private beach Close proximity of the hotel to the beach Swimming pool was fantastic, large , deep, not busy , water not treated with chlorine.
Cons: Breakfast buffet was very poor , If idea of cake and coffee is appealing to you , you will be satisfied but lack of fresh food was disappointing. we ordered from menu pancakes and scramble egg which arrived cold. No room service information in the room , menu is available only in reception Loud music on south side of the hotel till late hours every evening
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice location, nice view on the sea
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Beach set up is amazing, you get a dedicated spot for your stay. Beach staff are lovely.
Cons: Lunch/ beach restaurant is awful and rip off. There is a niteclub close to the hotel that blares music from 1am- 5am. If you are on the wrong site of the hotel there is no sleep with the window open. The lobby is also lit like a shopping centre at night which is not very inviting. Breakfast is average.

9.2 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful design. Amazing terraces and large, cool room. Very helpful and friendly staff who let is check in early and offered great dining tips.
Cons: Our double bed was simply two singles pushed together with was uncomfortable. Wifi was patchy. No hair conditioner in bathroom, which we would expect in a hotel of this standard. Breakfast service seemed understaffed, poor waitreds was looking after too many tables.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Gorgeous detail, feels spacious with lots of comfy little nooks throughout. The rooftop is great. The staff, location, value , breakfast... all excellent. Highly recommend!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Absolutely loved our stay! Great location, lovely staff and the rooftop has a beautiful view of the sunset!
7.5 Good
Pros: Cute terraces and located in the old town. Decent breakfast although the coffee was never the same twice.
Cons: Our room was very small and not enough space to hang and put clothes. The TV was in the wardrobe. On reflection and to be fare, we should have stayed in a larger room. Plastic cups for water which were replaced each day, I do not like single use plastic especially when it’s unnecessary.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean, nice rooms, central location and friendly staff. Great hotel.
Cons: A bit over-priced.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Almost everything, the staff, the location, the rooms, very clean, special architecture!
Cons: The breakfast could be better!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Nice and clean room, central location and friendly staff. Recommended.
Cons: Everything was great.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful small hotel in a very individualist style. Stunning roof terrace and an overall airy feel.
Cons: The coffee did not meet Italian standards.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful buildings in a great location near the action but also very quiet. Our room was Airone which was like a little cottage on the rooftop - very cute and comfortable! The breakfast and sunset terraces are wonderful. Reception staff were excellent and very friendly and helpful.
Cons: I don’t wish to be negative as this is a very nice place, but two things could be changed to help make it perfect. 1. Charging for water in the room is silly - €2 doesn’t hurt my bank balance but I’ve never stayed at a hotel that doesn’t give two bottles for free. 2. Breakfast was quite limited and not well suited to modern, healthy eating. Eg no soya milk, no muesli and the fruit was just two types of melon (quickly taken by guests and very slowly replenished). Meanwhile the quite large selection of cakes remained untouched.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: well planned rooms, great terraces, lovely breakfast area too, and most importantly super super staff, all helpful and smiling

Each room is uniquely furnished, and comes with a private bathroom with shower, air conditioning, and a fridge. Free wired internet is available at reception. Visits to the private areas of the building can be organised.
7.9 Good
Pros: Location is fantastic and the rooftop is outstanding to spend time and looking the stars in the night, very romantic!!
Cons: I like the typical Italian breakfast, however, there was a lack of attention in the juices. They were water with sugar, at this level I find not acceptable this kind of things. Secondly, the coffe in south of Italy I would expect much better quality.
5.8 Okay
Cons: Our room was insufficient regarding AC-functioning, chip key-system. The information received when arriving and in the room regarding these tecnical facilities was insufficient. We got locked out around 6 PM one day - when the chip door key stopped working - and we could only with great difficulty and a lot of luck get in contact with the management to fix the problem. Had it happend later I think we wold have been in real trouble. Urgent need to overse the lock system, the customer info and make sure you can contact management at any time in crisis. he place is otherwise nice but needs management improvement
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful historic building atmospheric
9.2 Excellent
Pros: It’s location ... only minutes from the beach & in the old town; Beautiful historical old building; nice big room; old world charm; the tour of the Palazzo résidence by the charming ‘patron.’ The lovely terrace for breakfast. Nice outdoor areas to sit & relax. The lovely lady who looked after breakfast ..picked up by Vespa from the station( only had a little luggage ) requested an electric jug which they brought to me.
Cons: Thé noise from the street that reverberated especially screaming noisy children till 9.30 pm. Impersonal service, infact there was virtually no staff on hand or anyone in the office most of the time. Dark hallway to room. Light outside in seating areas turned off at midnight. ( I wished to read on the terrace & couldn’t)
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Friendly, helpful staff. Delicious breakfasts. Beautiful terrace to relax and take in the different views and stunning sunsets. Fantastic location for the beach, restaurants and walks in the historic centre. Everything only minutes away and great to be able to walk everywhere and leave the hire car at the wharf. Thank you.
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: WE STAYED IN A PALACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Cons: there is a terrible drive through the town to get there...
6.0 Good
Pros: Location and the roof terrace where we had breakfast.
Cons: Reception, at first was not there and then took a long time. The rooms badly need an update. They look like the original bed and furniture from when the building was occupied by the family.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The building was historic, the room beautifully in keeping with the history, and the staff very friendly!
Cons: Everything was excellent.

9.1 Excellent (106 reviews)
Overview Reviews
When you stay at B&B Villa Gallipoli in Gallipoli, you'll be near the beach, within a 10-minute drive of Gallipoli Castle and Samsara Beach. Free self parking is available onsite.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly staff. Breakfast is in the terrace and it's just lovely, close to some lemon trees. Facilities were really good in general (if they would build a swimming pool it will be perfect). Free WiFi, free parking, television.
Cons: They could have someone fluent in English. Also, we were in 4 people in our room and we had only 2 towel kit, and when we tried to get 2 more towels we couldn't properly communicate. Also, it's a bit far from downtown.
7.1 Good
Pros: Owner very helpful - I got lost, ended up calling him from petrol station and he drove 15 mins to lead me. Then in the evening another 15 mins to take me to a recommended restaurant (which was decent). Quite basic accommodation but clean and everything worked. Decent breakfast in the pleasant garden forming part of an large olive grove with particularly ancient and impressive trees.
Cons: Finding it! Quite a way out of Gallipoli, and down a short track from the main road. It is fairly basic, few frills. But I guess that the price reflects both
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Very nice villa, enjoyable garden, big and quiet rooms, confortable beds, good breakfast. Need a car to be there, 4-5 km from Gallipoli, 1 km from Alezio. The villa is some 200 m away from the main road, but there is signboard 300-500 m after the gas station. Very tasty and cheap restaurant in Alezio - Aia noa.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Great breakfast and very friendly staff.

Cons: None

Pros: Beautifully decorated room
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Very big and clean room. Excellent location.
Cons: Breakfast was not spectacular. One fresh croissant (which was good), but a lot of packed food. The hosts were friendly, but not really trying to make a conversation.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I didn't plan to stay in Gallipoli, but changed my mind in the evening, desided that it's good idea not be in a nurry and find simple hotel in the centre, I liked this city, I arrived in the morning. I found the hotel quickly and after check-in and discussion with personnel I understood that I made right desigion :). - Room: simple but modern, smart and small, but you don't feel that you don't have enough space. Bathroom is very good equiped. Balcony was like a bonus for me, because I didn't expect to have balcony in this small room :). - Check-in and check-out are very simple and quick, access to the hotel and room is very simple and comfortable - onle by one card. no plenty keys :). - Breakfast: if you want you can pay for breakfast. If you don't want, anyway you can go to the same cafe ( 2 min walk) in the central street. It's big central cafe, with big chose, it's open at 6 am, the train station is in the coner. So even you are in an hurry, you have time:) I can confidently recommend this hotel. Thank you for good organization.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Staff was great, room was big and comfortable, the bathroom was decent with a huge shower.
Cons: It’s difficult to park nearby in August. Breakfast doesn’t offer a huge variety of food.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff. We were settled in B&B at about 10 in the morning, although the check-in time was indicated on the site at 16:00. One of the employees baked magic cakes for us every morning. The breakfasts were delicious, varied and croissants were also excellent. Clean and snow-white linens and towels, a cozy balcony and no noisy street on which B&B is located. Near the sea with a rocky entry into it. The nearest sandy beach in the old town.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean and close to the town mail street and to the old town
Victoria Palace Hotel - Gallipoli - Building

Featured amenities include express check-in, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and dry cleaning/laundry services. Planning an event in Gallipoli? This hotel has facilities measuring 1679 square feet (156 square meters), including conference space. 8.8 Excellent
Pros: The reception staff were very welcoming and generally all of the staff we found to be great. The cleaning staff do a fantastic job and lady on the bar pointed us to some real treasures to visit. The rooms are large and very spacious bathrooms. The hotel generally is great and seems to be very high quality for the area it is located in and the cleaning staff do a fantastic job.
Cons: The breakfast was not great, we found the staff very attentive but the food choice and quality was lacking. We also had to search through the plates for clean ones as the washing up had clearly been rushed on both mornings.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Hotel very nice and very nice staff and management, the location around the hotel poor and rundown ver neglected
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The room was really big and comfortable as do as the bathroom. Shower was magnificent and the water came out hot and with nice pressure. The services at the place are perfect for a nice and relaxed stay. During summer it must be wonderful to use the swimming pool. The staff was very nice and kind and the breakfast abundant and varied. The position suits perfect if you have a car cause you're not in the middle of the historical center (avoiding the chaos of parking and transit) but either so far to walk, and not more to 10 minutes driving if you want to go to the outside city beaches.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The personnel is very courteous. We arrived around noon and they gave us a room early to store our luggage and then later in the afternoon our real room. The room was spacious, perfectly clean, had everything you need. The hotel provides a shuttle bus to the city center and back, if you want to go out in town in the evening. Easy to park right outside the hotel. There's also a health club but we did not have time to use it. The breakfast was lovely, view over the outdoor swimming pool, and the selection of foods was excellent, especially for a sweet tooth ;) I really liked this hotel, we'll definitely stay there if we ever come back to Gallipoli again. Warmly recommended.
Cons: Cannot say anything really negative. It's a bit far from the old town but during daylight hours, it's a fun walk by the sea. And in the evenings you can use the shuttle bus provided by the hotel, so it's not really a problem.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Good pool and spa
Cons: The restaurant was closed end of May so had to walk quite far to get to any restaurants. One of the night shift receptionist was rude (although everyone else was really helpful)
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Everything was immaculate, the gym was the best hotel gym I’ve seen. Good breakfast.
Cons: The location is a little off the beaten path but it’s ok if you’re up for walking or you have a car.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Staff very kind and professional always willing to help and give advise . Very good breakfast (i specially appreciated the bruschette) both in quality and quantity (they immediately filled all trays as soon as they were not even half empty). The shuttle to downtown Gallipopoli is a plus. I didnt see any other hotel with this service. The swiming pool is really nice.
Cons: It would have been nice to have some after dinner activity either in the lounge or the nice inside courtyard. It was too quiet . I also suggest asling the cleaning team to pay more attention to the bathroom. There were some antiaesthetic limestone stains in the angles of the shower and window. Othan than that everything was spotless clean
7.1 Good
Pros: Very clean
Cons: Bad noise isolation. You could hear your neighbor next door
7.1 Good
Cons: Booked for pool which was disappointing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were extremely friendly, and welcoming. We turned up a little early and were let into our room and when we left, we were able to keep it for a few hours longer. The staff recommend restaurants and also were able to phone taxis and transfers for us. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean, and the room was extremely comfortable. We ate dinner out every evening, but the breakfast was a continental buffet comprising a very good selection. All in all, the stay was outstanding. I would very much recommend this hotel and will hopefully come back here myself!
Cons: There was nothing I didn't like, it was amazing.

8.8 Excellent
Pros: CONTINENTAL BREAKFEST! :) You can ask for scrambled eggs! Very tasty breakfest and cakes :) Wonderful staff.
Cons: It is a little bit expensive, especially that it is a few kilometers away from the city.
7.5 Good
Pros: Delightfully helpful Luigi on reception. Easy access to private sandy beach with good swimming.
Cons: Food simple.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Location was good however a bit of a walk to the beach with umbrellas and sunbeds. Great pizza shop down the road.
Cons: More coffee at breakfast
4.6 Okay
Pros: breakfast good
Cons: i feel short changed, when i booked in September 2017 they advertised a swimming pool which NOT exist. They advertised a private beach which was awful. Because no proper sand, concrete lumps sticking up out of the ground. There was one grotty chair next to a fish market .No IT was AWFUL. They advertised that hotel was on the beach NOT TRUE. It was up a steep hill with lots of steps. We should be warned as i am disabled. NO tv channels in English 80 channels of Italian and Arab programmes about training terrorists. Toilet wobbled from side to side. NOT SCREWED TO FLOOR. This hotel is grossly over priced and over rated in my opinion.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Close to the beach, quiet location, good breakfast, great personnel especially Luigi from reception who was always very attentive and gave good advice on nearby sightseeing. Shall definitely come back to this hotel when traveling to Puglia.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: We drove in late from Ginosa and Luigi greeted us, speaking Italian and English. He was a wealth of information and was great throughout our stay. We parked on a narrow one way street without any trouble right in front of the hotel. There was an elevator. There were two pieces of workout equipment on an outside terrace with a wonderful breeze And a small spot I think, we never checked it out. There was a small bar in the lobby to take a little break at with several tables and chairs. The left side of the lobby had comfortable couches and a TV to hang out at the end of your day with friends before heading up to the room. The hotel had a white fenced in private beach that was guarded with a closed gate. You could get beach towels at the front desk at no charge. Roberto would set up the beach chairs and umbrella for you. The walk to the beach was 4 short blocks down the hill, part of it with 30 steps. The beach had craggy rocks, great for seeing fish. but there were a few sandy areas to walk through the rocks to get to the sandy part of swimming. It also had a dock with a six step ladder to lower yourself into the water as well. We bought a raft and a pump for about €27 across the street at a beach store and were allowed to go in the water with that too. You could check out the dinner menu in the morning and make a reservation to eat at the hotel And the food was excellent. All the waiters and staff were friendly and very accommodating. Breakfast had many cakes and pastries, croissants, cornflakes, Fruits, fresh juices and you could also request an omelette with cheese. One night after getting gelato near the beach and checking out the little kids carnival that was going on every night, a few of us ran up the final steps to the hotel like in the Rocky movie and one of us lost our room keys as it flew out of our shirt pocket. But no worries the hotel lobby let us into our room and said they would change the lock tomorrow.
Cons: Absolutely nothing. Close to Small shops, food shops, gelato shops, restaurants.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Good location with balcony view over beautiful church! Nice rooftop terrace for breakfast and very good one! Think it was a lot of homemade cakes and bread! Very nice and helpful staff!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Loved my stay at Hotel Città Bella. Valentina & Valentina at the reception were welcoming, nice and very helpful. They organised transportation when needed, recommended restaurants etc. Loved the breakfast on the roof top terrace. Room was big and spacious. Very good location. Only a 5 min walk to the historic centre of Gallipoli. Walking distance to buses/trains. I will definitely stay here again.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Location is great, near the historical center of Gallipoli. The staff was very helpful and friendly (including transfer drivers). The room and bathroom was little but very clean. Grazie per tutto!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The girl from the reception was very friendly and helped us with any question!
7.9 Good
Pros: Location is great for "city weekend", near the historical center if Gallipoli. We had a balcony facing the main street, it was nice. Train station is located in 3min by foot, we used the trains to Baia Verde (8 min, 1.10 eur one ticket, one way), where there are many nice beaches.
Cons: There is no elevator. Quite "used". Its seems that the breakfast choice is various and tasty, but in real its not. The edges of the tables for families (for 4 persons) are swollen with water. The hotel does not offer transfers to beaches or discounts on beaches. If you sensitive to the noise, ask the proper room. As we had a room facing the main street with bars and cafes, there were noisy till late.
7.5 Good
Pros: Clean and comfortable room, good bathroom, good coffee, friendly staff, easy to park for free in the streets nearby. Very close to the town centre but also has excellent cafes and restaurants nearby.
Cons: The entrance to our area of the hotel was is in front of the service door of a busy café were all the garbage bins are placed and are constantly used until 2am. Apart from the ugly view each time you enter the hotel they were right under our window generating noise especially when glass is dumped or when moved or collected. Because they are constantly managed luckily we never noticed any bad smell.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Perfect service and help from the reception
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Great staff and wonderful location
4.2 Okay
Pros: Cleanliness, good shower
Cons: No lift, noisy location, poor storage in room, disappointing breakfast with unusual food on offer (pizza, peppers, quiche etc) and generally run-down appearance. The breakfast area is an open terrace with no protection from the elements and practically no indoor seating. The advertised bar does not exist other than at breakfast; the brochure claims that there is 24 hour room service but reception is not staffed before 9am or after dark; this establishment is listed on booking.com as a three star hotel but it has no stars on the name plate or in the brochure in the room. Basically this is not a hotel in the normal sense of the word, but more like apartments or a b&b.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The receptionist Valentina was extremely pleasant and helpful
Cons: All fine

9.2 Excellent
Pros: This B&B is in a most beautiful apartment. It is on the Main Street in Gallipoli, less than 10 mins from the station. the lady who runs it is very nice , not much English but not a problem. There is a beautiful sitting area and breakfast is in a formal dining room, a good example of a beautiful Italian apartment looks like with marble floors and beautiful lights. When traveling you don't normally get to see apartments like this. It is on the first floor of a beautiful building, there is a lift. I will always stay there next time I am in Gallipoli
6.7 Good
Pros: The house is very nice and high-end, it really is a palazzo! Also, the lobby/ breakfast room and terrace are very nice. The room itself is nicely furnished and has an okay size, the bathroom facilities are not the most modern but definitely good enough. AC saved our lives at around 30 degrees! The room had a little inside yard which we used to dry our beach wear. The host, Patricia, is very friendly and helpful, but unfortunately doesn't speak English at all so the communication was merely limpingly existent.
Cons: We had a room facing a tiny private inside yard, so there was not much natural light and no view at all expect for the view towards a wall. Thankfully, we only stayed 1 night so it was okay (otherwise it would have driven me crazy, I need light and need to see the outside world). The floor with historic stone tiles looks nice, but should be cleaner – we couldn't walk without socks – and the bed was not very comfortable. For 1 night and only using the room to sleep there, it was okay, but still not quite worth the price and we both didn't sleep very well, so we wouldn't come back to this B&B despite all the positive factors which also exist.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Patrizia was so kind and professional :)
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Very nice spacious house and rooms. With a good breakfast. Good location!
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The owner was very kind and helpful.
Cons: Noise from the street
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Our hostess was very friendy and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. There was a 'balcony' area on which we could dry clothes (we were a party of 6 on a cycling trip). Location was very good.....close to the lovely old part of town. The property was very nicely decorated. Air-conditioning very welcome and effective!
Cons: There was nothing I could find a fault with !!
8.8 Excellent
Cons: Only sweet breakfast (Very sweet!)
6.3 Good
Pros: The aesthetic’s of the hotel are lovely. Rooms are large and airy, and well situated.
Cons: The bed in our room was awful. The bed was two single mattresses that were NOT comfortable at all, you would roll into the middle. It is a shame that such an important item was overlooked. If they change/upgrade their mattresses it would make all the difference. Also, their staff were friendly but spoke zero English and therefore communicating was very challenging which did impact the quality of our stay compared to other B&B’s.
6.3 Good
Pros: The location was good, property manager was sweet and helpful.
Cons: Bed wasn’t very comfortable, and room did not have towels or floor mat in the bathroom. Once we asked for them, they did deliver them but would have been nice to have from the start.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Palazzo Angelelli B&B is in a beatiful 19th century building. The public spaces are very well maintained and elegantly appointed. I had the budget "stanzetta" which was a bit small and dark, but suited me well since I went out most of the time. Excellent WiFi. The hotel is located right on the Corso Roma, the main boulevard in the 19th century part of Gallipoli. The hostess was very friendly and very helpful. Would definitely recommend it!
Cons: I would prefer a less sugary breakfast, with boiled eggs, ham and some cheese. The options for breakfast were limited to items that were very sweet. This is a problem in most of Italy, though.

Cons: Nothing
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The hotel staff were friendly and professional. The restaurant was good and tasting menu dinner and wine choice very pleasant.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great little place just outside of the busy old town. The roof top pool was a real gem and we had it to ourselves most days. Really friendly staff and excellent service.
Cons: The roof top terrace could do with better lighting as it is a really great place to hang out.
7.1 Good
Pros: Amazing views
Cons: I had dinner and table booked and confirmed on the water side, when I turned up 5 min before my reservation time my table was given away, I told the restaurant manager I’m staying at the hotel and also has table booked on waterside he said “I can’t help you” when I asked him again I would check out of the hotel tomw if I don’t get what I was promised he said “ I don’t care what you do” “ check out I don’t really care” I haven’t experienced anyone so rude in my life’
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Great location, short stroll to the centre. Lovely rooftop bar for breakfast and plunge pool.
Cons: Only 4 sun beds by the pool
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Luxurious hotel located at a few hundred meters of the historical city centre of Gallipoli. The staff is super friendly and the breakfast is absolutely 5 stars.
Cons: The rooms are unfortunately not properly soundproofed, so be prepared to hear your next door neighbours.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Stunning hotel in a perfect location. Very friendly staff Quality mattresses. Great nights sleep.
Cons: Our only disappointments where that the deluxe room was small for two friends to share .. and the food at restaurant and cocktails were not great (not hot or great quality) and especially for what was charged. Go outside to eat and drink, so much choice.
7.1 Good
Pros: Central location just before old town, on the main shopping street. Very nice terrace for breakfast with view. Free parking at the back of the hotel. Friendly staff.
Cons: Tiniest shower even though the bathroom not that small. Cold and overly boilt eggs in the breakfast.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Extremely comfortable and clean - this hotel is very well positioned for the old town which is a great place to spend the evening.
Cons: Our bathroom was rather small and it wasn’t until the last day that we found the hairdryer. There wasn’t a vanity kit in the hotel either which was surprising and the first time after years of travelling that we could have used one...we didn’t ask for one however and I’m sure if we had they would have found us one.
6.7 Good
Pros: Beautiful overall design and great rooftop terrace. Breakfast was terrific. Easy to get to by car, great to have parking right at the hotel (in a back alley). Friendly reception staff.
Cons: My room was not what I expected for the price: avoid “Aston Martin” (name of the room) if you can. The interior design is not as nice as some of the pictures suggest of other rooms, and the view is to the back on some unappealing houses. Service at aperitif time was sluggish.

Pros: Good location. Stylish room in old building. Five minute walk to closest restaurants and 10-15 walk to historic centre of town. Sea views from room. Free parking right outside hotel. Reasonable buffet breakfast.
Cons: No lift in hotel, but staff were helpful with luggage.
7.1 Good
Pros: Staff were excellent. Gave a very friendly professional service throughout. Parking great. Rooms clean and tidy.
Cons: Railway and road between sea view. Flags on veranda outside our room vibrated in wind, making very loud noise throughout night. Can't believe this hasn't been mentioned before , so easy to fix . No lift, but we knew that.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Location and parking availability Friendly staff Good breakfast
Cons: No lift
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Bianco This being our 5th or 6th stay in this wonderful old hotel, says a lot. Exceptionally clean, big, cheerful rooms (make sure you get one with a view) Charming friendly staff, and easy walk to the old city. parking right in front; Can’t say enough good about this hotel. We love it, it is like living in the past with all the modern amenities. Serena and Denise at the reception are as helpful as they are delightful.

Pros: The restaurant was an excellent experience. The place is really clean and with everyday cleanup schedule.
Cons: WiFi is not protected, this should be improved.
5.8 Okay
Pros: The room was nice and clean and the stuff friendly. Fresh and warm croissant :-)
Cons: The room was not prepared properly before our arrival - it was cold!!! It took time before the stuff found the way how to turn the heating on in the bathroom. I could not sleep because of the cold... There was no kettle to boil water for a tea to warm up a little bit. The aircondition was not able to warm up the room. The handshower I think was never cleaned - the water was spreading on the walls all over but not on me. With only very small energy it could be a great hotel ;-) There could be maybe served a little bit diversified breakfast
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Everything really excellent. But You should arrive by car.
6.7 Good
Pros: Friendly staff, speaking perfectly English. Location is ok, close to the beach but a bit of a suburb idea
Cons: When we arrived the toilet was not properly cleaned. Bed was not so comfortable.

Pros: Not very happy with this hotel, up and down steps, tv the size of a computer monitor from 1970, very, vrh weak WiFi....air conditioning was poor...
Cons: Steps, up and down to get to you’d room with no help from staff
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Location was excellent, breakfast was lacking, not replenished, otherwise stay was fine, and walking distance to historic centre shopping and food.internet good.
Cons: breakfast there was no food dishes were empty, must of had a rush and when we got there they did not replenish the food so we literally were eating the scrapes left. Could not find a waiter , no cultery or dishes.
6.7 Good
Pros: Nice central location with clean room and functional facilities, however not up to the standards of other 4 star hotels we have stayed in.
Cons: The staff was unhelpful in giving us change for the parking but had spare coins when we had to pay the tourist tax. There was also no mention of the price of the crib we requested when we made the booking online and the receptionist just told us it was an extra 15 euros. The breakfast was also a disappointment. Aside from its location, this hotel was nothing special.
7.5 Good
Pros: Beautiful hotel with typical italian breakfast. Conveniently located in the old town
Cons: Air conditioning is a bit out of date
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Staff were lovely, the fresh fish in the restaurant was excellent and the breakfast very nice. Great location to see the old town and the beach in the town is nice and not crowded (mid July) when you want to cool off.
6.3 Good
Pros: Location
Cons: Dark room
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The Hotel is in a lovely old building overlooking the harbour. The staff was very friendly, helpful and competent. Antonio organised a trip to Bikini Beach for us and Tiziana and Alessandra took their time to seek out the most convenient transportation to our next destination.
Cons: The walls of the building being very thick, Wifi in our room did not work. We used our cellphones. The airconditioning could be a little stronger in proportion to the size of the room and the outside temperature in summer.
7.5 Good
Pros: the location was brilliant! we loved being so close to the harbour & being in the old town. so lively by night, we didn’t even venture over to the new town. the restaurant was brilliant. fresh caught seafood and Mina was amazing, she looked after us like we were royalty. we had a car, so parking in the harbour was easy & inexpensive.
Cons: the only thing i was disappointed with is the 2 single mattresses wedges together to make it a queen bed. but that’s common in europe.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Amazing hotel in a great location. The staff were so helpful and always went out of their way to help. Would definitely return.
7.1 Good
Pros: Location good Breakfast Adequate
Cons: Internet did not work TV did not work Kettle in room had wrong plug

Pros: Potentially quiet. But there were some rowdy guest when we were there. The ground was spacious.
Cons: Although rated as 4 starts, there was no porter to carry out luggage. The rooms were dark. The location is done distance away from main town centre.
6.7 Good
Pros: The garden is very beautiful.
Cons: The staff is not very welcoming and professional as you would wish in a 4 stars resort.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Nice Swimming pool, room was clean and resort quite (maybe too much)
Cons: The bar was not open in Swimming pool, no shows at the beggining of July, it was very quite. For the price we paid I was expecting more options for Breakfast
10.0 Excellent
Pros: No bads, only goods.
Cons: All was good
3.8 Mediocre
Cons: The cleaning staff mopped the corridors outside our rooms. They did not post ‘wet floor’ signs and a member of my party slipped and took a bad fall.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: An excellent hotel that has all the conditions to relax. Breakfast is varied and quality: yogurt, milk, tea, coffee, salami, cheese, cereals, cakes, croissants, juices, and more. The room is large and beautiful with balcony. The pool is ok. Good food restaurants. And the garden is gorgeous!
Cons: Excellent!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The grounds were extensive and well maintained. The peaceful rooms are in the main reception building which is away from the building in which food is served and parties entertained. The pool was Immaculate although a little cold.
Cons: Breakfast was poor. No Italian pastries and very few croissants. Apart from long life bread for toasting the only bread was small bread buns. There were lots of pre-packed types of toast/biscuit. On two days there was some warm bacon but only hard boiled eggs to go with it. There were no tomatoes with which to make bruschetta.

3.8 Mediocre
Pros: It was dirty, smelled smoke and no air cond. We changed room but that was smaller and had ants in it. bad breakfast. It stank cologne every were like they used it to cover up a bad smell. We will Never go back! We were gonna stay 2 days but due to this badly run place we checked out 1 day early.. We didnt ask for money back cus i just wanted to leave. And i knew it would be a war zone. Gallipoli was lovely as a small town but almost everything was closed in december when we were there.
Cons: The stinky Hotel with bugs.
7.1 Good
Pros: Rooms nice and clean Good breakfast offering
Cons: It is listed as a **** star accommodation, but it is not a hotel, more of a bed & breakfast. A good one, though. No bar, no restaurant on site. A little pricey for what it is.
7.1 Good
Pros: I was in Gallipoli 3 days. Hotel has perfect location. Walking distance to city center. Quite easy to park on the street nearby (free zone). Room was clean. I was alone and for a short time, so space for me was ok, but in my opinion economy room defenetly 2 small for 2 persons and not for longer stay.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The hotel staff is friendly and the property is very clean. Lots of tourists leaflets and books available. The receptionists are very helpful. Breakfast has a great selection and the area on the roof is very nice. The air conditioning is marvellous.the bathroom is a good size as is the deluxe shower.
Cons: Our triple room was rather tight or small for three people but we managed. The bidet was situated too close to the wall and uncomfortable to access. Although the windows are sound proof, it was very noisy on the top floor. We were under the spot where hotel cleaning staff worked and moved around. The walls were also a bit thin. Public parking is a nightmare and hotel parking a bit pricey. . We enjoyed our stay but it’s rather costly for such a small room. The room window could only be opened so far for safety reasons but it wasn’t enough to let in a fresh breeze to change the air in the room. We had to rely on constant AC .which gave us a headache.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Not really a beachfront hotel, but the terrace on the top floor gives a good view of the Ionian Sea. Breakfast in the morning on the terrace is nice. The facilities are new, and it's very clean. 1 block from the main thoroughfare in town, Corsa Roma, so it's highly convenient and close to many shops and restaurants. Wifi was reliable and free. I'd stay here again and recommend to friends. Air conditioning worked well.
Cons: Small room with miniature desk and small uncomfortable plastic chair, so not really a good place to do work on a laptop for instance. No other furnishings besides the bed and the chair.
