Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it convenient for exploring the city and accessing shops, restaurants, and attractions. Many reviewers also appreciated the helpful and friendly staff at reception and in service roles. However, several guests found the breakfast to be basic or lacking in variety, and noise from the street or nearby bars was a common complaint, affecting sleep quality for some. Cleanliness and room conditions received mixed feedback, with some rooms described as clean and comfortable, while others were noted as dated or in need of maintenance. Overall, the hotel offers good value and a prime location, but improvements could be made in breakfast quality and noise insulation.
