Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to explore Funchal on foot. The staff received high marks for their friendliness, helpfulness, and professionalism, with several guests highlighting outstanding service at reception and throughout the hotel. The rooftop pool and terrace were popular features, offering a relaxing atmosphere and great views. While breakfast received mixed feedback, with some finding it varied and others wishing for more options, the overall experience was positive. Parking was a common challenge, as the hotel has limited or no on-site parking, requiring advance reservation or use of nearby paid lots. Room size and cleanliness were generally satisfactory, though a few guests noted small rooms or occasional cleaning lapses.
