There is a free bus to Fuji q highland!! (Very nice) and a beautiful view of mt. Fuji. Lovely people in the town . And it is less then 5 min from the station, I love hotel that are so close to the station and The room was big, love it.
It was icecold it took some time for the aircondition to heat up the room. And the hall is always cold. There was no lamp so I had to use my phone.

-On arrival you have to do your own bed, after a long trip I have to do my bed, come on! -Thin walls, you can hear everything -The common areas are very cold as there is no heating. -The room number 0,it’s a tiny room that should be only for one person. The sofabed is old, uncomfortable and is almost falling apart. - bed mattress are very thin and uncomfortable - There is a lot of condensation in the room, AC heats up but the room still cold - check out is strictly at 10am, otherwise you get clapped out of the room by the staff as it happened to us at 10:10am. We are well traveled and this place does not worth the money. For a bit extra you can find better places around the area.

Room is clean. Toilet is clean too - which is more important.
You are restricted to use the shower after 9pm. You can't talk loud too - not sound-proof
