Cons:Unhappy with everything. Don't expect clean room,safe neighborhood, or pleasant stay. This place is disgusting. Tried to show front desk worker Alfonso how disgusting the room was..he would not even enter the room for me to show him.

Pros:the size of room and beds.
Cons:The front desk had poor customer service. The complementary breakfast was a joke, no plates, no forks only knifes. The pastries where a package that looked like it was bought from the dollar store. the drink machine was broken. When i asked the front desk for a fork she said that she had to check because they might be out. The only thing that worked was the waffle maker but we had no plates to put it on so we used a napkin that I had in my purse. Other guest where laughing at the situation. It was embarrassing. Every time I passed by the front desk, I would see the people working where visiting with each other. The outside was sketchy. People hanging out as if they lived there. It looked like free housing when we arrived and where tempted to just leave. No one smiles in that hotel and it was just a sad situation. We will defiantly never stay there or recommend the place.

Pros:Front desk clerk was friendly and showed intrest at first then later on lacked good customer service.
Cons:The bathroom floors were unsat. Dog hair from the previous occupants was still on the floor. My husband and I wore shower shoes just to be safe when showering.

Cons:Had to wait 5+ mins for a staff member to come to the front desk despite ringing the bell. Went to check on my room and it was not cleaned. So they changed my room. Hallway smelled of something "green", and there were obvious women of the night around.

Pros:The staff were friendly.
Cons:The outside door to the building was broken and did not lock potentially allowing anyone to enter the building. There were discarded clothing in the parking lot. I did not have towels or washcloths in the room. The baseboard was torn off the wall in one place in the room. The drain was partially clogged. The breakfast room was sloppy with cereal pieces on the counter and no coffee and did not appear that staff attended to it.

Pros:Nothing. Would give it a negative rating if it was an option.
Cons:Ended up canceling our entire reservation and booking a different hotel, which messed up our entire agenda and costing us more $$. This hotel should not be offered or endorsed by any online booking service.

Pros:Nothing at all
Cons:The worst hotel experience I've ever had!! Hotel was dirty, floor was sticky, had trouble getting in our room because the door kept jamming, plug fixtures were hanging out of the wall, and water trickled out of the shower spout. Very unsafe location especially if you have children.... lots of homeless people walking around the hotel. We didn't stay for the nights we booked with this hotel. We packed up and stayed somewhere else.
