Nothing
The hotel needs to be renovated. It’s umpleasant to be in, stuffy, not very clean. Our neighbors were very loud in the middle of the night. Overall poor experience.
Room was a nice size, staff was friendly
Room was not well lit, even with all the lights on. Room needed to be maintained. Curtains had little holes in them, desk chair back was broken, shower handle was broken so you had to set it just right or water would not stop running, bathroom sink enamel was peeling off. My room was above the bus stop, no double paned windows so you could hear the buses, cars and people all night. Hallways were dim.
I like the location of the hotel
Parking is terrible. The streets were blocked at night due to construction making it a struggle to get to the hotel. Most especially, our room did not get cleaned at all for the two nights we were there. When my husband mentioned it at checkout, the guy he spoke with looked at him like he has two heads....and said "well I'll let the house keeper know."
Friendly Staff
Conveniently close to all Government offices in Downtown Fresno.
What a night...
Decor, bedding, and customer service.
Power outage which led to a beeping smoke detector and also a loss of pressure to the plumbing which we found out the next morning. Also, the window seal wasn't very tight, and on the 9th floor it gets windy which led to a non stop howling. The doors to the rooms are very large and heavy and there is no soft close to them. So throughout the night we were woken up by the sound of slamming doors and people talking very loudly. This combined with the window noise and the fact that we had to change rooms in the morning to take showers due to the pressure led to a less than satisfactory stay.
I got robbed
I will never use kayak or the Radisson again they double charged my credit card and never gave me my money back causing my back account to over draw and do not recommend paying with goggle wallet cause there how it all started and the all just gave me the run around I hope that alot of people see this before they also get ripped off
A lot of issues with room service getting orders wrong.
Not worth the money
There was a parking garage. So, a place to park the car, was nice. But, the parking garage smelled like pee. The beds were clean.
There was not a working ice machine on our floor. The vending machine was incredibly loud. The lightning in the halls were dim & dreary. The shower head had a few sprays of water that created a little more than a mist. There was no microwave or refrigerator in the room. The neighborhood was sketchy, at best. We will not be returning guests.
