The bed was actually comfortable in the midst of what was a damaged and tired room.
I cannot believe how animalistic and destructive clientele can be. Items and furniture were not "just worn out," they were destroyed by customers. The ceiling light had the cover removed, the light switch was not simply broken; it was smashed in. A. customer had scrawled graffiti in marker ON the wooden furniture and on the door. A prong on the plug of a lamp was missing; that doesn't just "happen." And, of course, the classic cigarette burns on the bedspread and table. Does the motel management need to maintain some responsibility for minor upkeep and repair? Yes, such as not being confused by our presence when we arrived for our pre-reserved room, for being more diligent in spraying for the (small, and just a few) cockroaches in the bathroom, for freshening the room (which smelled slightly like oiled cauliflower), and for repairing the broken safety bar on the door, but this mess is mostly the result of uncivilized customers. Five prostitutes waved at us as we drove on a road away from the property.
No sheets Carpet filthy Overall really dirty
There were bugs everywhere. Even toilet paper was not
Cockroaches in all room and restroom. Bad smell, we have been afraid to sleep there. Interesting neiborhood-not in good mean.
Staff was nice
The location is not a great place to take your kids. Theres a lot of hookers all down that main street.
