Excellent service at both the hotel and restaurant. Staff very polite and helpful I had lost an item that was timely found and couriered to me right away. The room was really nice and spotless. Lovely location as well.

The room with a view of the garden felt spacious and comfortable. We loved the center garden for evening drinks and a light meal. It's a relaxing place in the city to stay. The breakfast staff and buffet were outstanding.
The restaurant service in the evenings was slow and inattentive. The wi-fi was somewhat slow: you have to pay 20 Euro for an upgrade.
