Location
It was dirty. The bed sheet were not clean, the toilet either Also, the window door opening into a balcony onto a car park was all cracked making you feel really unsafe

The hotel is in a very good location. The bus stop is very close by. The breakfast is amazing.

Staff girl wasn't kind as she would do as a receptionist.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Unfortunately only in portuguese. Large room with a comfortable bed and nice balcony. One of the best city areas. Very near to the supermarket and a lot of bars and restaurants (same street). Some meters from the hotel is a bus stop (directly connection with airport or Paraguay)
In the description was a minibar and possibility to iron own clothes. There was only a empty fridge. Some corners were a little bit dirty. Shower was not tight. After ~5 min water was outside of the shower area
