The hotel location is quite good, at the beach and close to some good restaurants. However, the street in front of the hotel is under construction (July/2019).

Although the hotel is rated with 5 stars (and priced as such), it definitely doesn't delivery a 5 stars experience. The reception/restaurant/bar area is fairly simple, and the room (junior suite, 2nd best room in the hotel) is nothing special.

The breakfast was great and the location was good.

I booked a room with a seaside view, and instead we were placed on the side of the building with a view of the next hotel. When I called to ask they assured me this was the seaside view. Some of the lights didn’t work, the shower head was old and rusted, there was no microwave and when I asked to use one I was told it’s only for babies (however they did allow me to use it after calling twice). The hot tub was dirty and cold. There were no decorations in the room either, just one plate on the wall. The walls are so thin you can hear the room next to you. Really unimpressed and not worth staying here.
