When i showed up at the rental company, they were unable to find my reservation with my confirmation number. I tried to call the reservation company and was still unable to talk to anybody. They offerd me a to make a new reservation car of twice the price. Had to rent a car with a other rebtal company with a higher price. Will never use kayak again for car rental.National

Cons:
Nobody speaks English. Drop off place was different than was sent in the email, took us an extra hour to find the correct location. Then we were charged $850 extra after dropping it off without any explanation. The guy checked the car and everything was fine, and within one hour we were chargedFOCO
