Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, close to the beach, restaurants, and local attractions. The staff received many compliments for their friendliness and helpfulness, making guests feel welcome. However, cleanliness was a major concern, with several reports of dirty rooms, bathrooms, and lack of regular housekeeping. The breakfast was appreciated by many, though a few found it basic. Some guests found the rooms small or poorly maintained, and there were frequent complaints about outdated facilities and maintenance issues. Overall, the location and service stood out as the main positives.
