The service at the hotel was awesome but the bed could have been more comfortable.

Pros (+) Bed was comfortable and the staff were curious and helpful.
Cons (-) There was a used wash cloth left in the bathroom, a hair band in the door knob and urine on the floor near the toilet. The rest of the room appeared clean but after seeing these things we are not sure how clean it really was. We were told that due to the uncleanliness of the room that our “not optional” valet would be free but we received a separate charge for $25 which appears to be for the valet...
