Pros: The staff at the front desk and maintenance staff were great. We loved the location. Loved the actual shower and the bed was very comfortable. The room was very spacious, it just needed to be set up different.

Pros: The staff at the front desk and maintenance staff were great. We loved the location. Loved the actual shower and the bed was very comfortable. The room was very spacious, it just needed to be set up different.
Cons: The room was very spacious, but the layout of the room was awful. The bed had about a foot of space on one side of it. The bathroom was very cramped and if you were not careful you would hit your toes with the door when closing it. We stayed four nights and room was never serviced despite the fact we asked housekeeping to do it. No microwave in the room, but did have a refrigerator. Had a king bed, but use standard size pillows makes no sense to me.

Cons: The guy checking us in was new. He was trying to ask for help from a corker at the front desk who seemed to be too busy on a personal call. I gave him my Hyatt Member # and asked for a late checkout and was told I’d have to call in the morning . . . When we got to the elevator to our room @ 6:30 pm, the maid came out of the elevator with 2 bags of garbage, bigger than her that were leaking all over the elevator and carpet where she went - TOTALLY GROSS!!

Cons: double charged for the last night. 2 staff members told me 1price the manager said another the manager was very rude and threatened to call police if I didn't pay full price when I was told another price& gave me only 30 mins to collect my stuff & leave

Cons: Booked with booking.com for one price but was more when we checked in. Hotel could not accommodate even though I had the confirmation and the price. told me I had to deal with booking.com. Did not like that

Pros: It was the end of our stay in Florida, the check in went smooth, really nice staff. Room was spacious, bed comfy, slept well. Liked being able to do our laundry there too! Real good breakfast.

Cons: It was under renovation. Limited services. No lobby, no dining area, no vending machines, only a side entrance available. This hotel should be CLOSED for renovation, not open without warning to travelers.

Cons: Pricing has no value - 300 plus per night - little value, best to use Air BNB and rent a house if your staying for more than a day.

Cons: There were ants everywhere. On tables in the bed. In the bathroom. Every day breakfast consisted of cereal, cinnamon rolls or a couple different choices of questions breads. They had two large pictures of juice being kept cool by sitting on the air unit.

Cons: Way over priced! Should have been about half what I paid. Other guest paid much less! Other accommodations near-by were equal but much less expensive.

Cons: We arrived at 3 and they didn't have a room for us so we went to the pool. There were no towels at the pool or front desk. Breakfast was supposed to go to 9, but at 8:45 they were out of a fair amount of stuff (like oatmeal) and they did not refill.

Cons: Although this is an updated hotel, the floors and surfaces were dirty. There was food stuck to the elevator floor the entire time we were there. The entryway to the hotel had dirty floors. The person who checked us in, needs to be retrained.
