Cons (-) When we arrived to check-in to our prepaid rooms, the lady at the front-desk told us that they overbooked and had no rooms for us. Instead, they had rooms available at their sister hotel across the street, Candlewood Suites. When we got there, they tried to charge us again for rooms we already paid for 5 months in advance. Pros (+) Krista at the front desk was exceptional. She took care of us and made our stay very enjoyable. She went out of her way to make sure all our needs were met. It is very rare to find people who will go out of their way to make sure all your needs are met and more. Krista is one of those and then some, we thank here for all she did for us.
