Cons (-) When we arrived to check-in to our prepaid rooms, the lady at the front-desk told us that they overbooked and had no rooms for us. Instead, they had rooms available at their sister hotel across the street, Candlewood Suites. When we got there, they tried to charge us again for rooms we already paid for 5 months in advance.
