Location was good, close to beach and amenities and free parking
Hotel has a very fancy name and great promotional pictures but in reality felt like a cheap motel with no elevators and unsecure buildings. Definitely overrated. The carpet was old, dark and felt unclean.I will not stay there again.
The rooms were a nice size and the bed was quite comfortable.
We paid for a partial ocean view and while the ocean was present it was far off and in between two buildings making it difficult to see. Definitely not worth paying extra for. The hotel was advertised as 800 feet from the beach. This was not true at all. The only way to get to the beach is to walk approximately 14 blocks to the public access or to go through the lobby of another hotel and hope they do not question you. The advertised beach access was the deciding factor on why we booked this hotel.
Coach roaches, bass rap playing til 6 in the morning all night long. Front desk did nothing to resolve this. Terrible. Would not refer this hotel to anyone.
The cleanliness of the hotel was great. The pools at each building was great. Tons of sitting available around all pool areas.
We stayed on the bottom floor, next to the pool, and the guests outside our room were extremely loud. We could hear the TVs and them talking. Also, anytime someone knocked on their door, it sounded like it was our room. The lady when we dropped of our bags before we could check-in was AWESOME! But when we went to check in, the man was not so helpful, and was also not as friendly.
The man bartender was the best
