Cons (-) Hotel had my reservation, but they didn't have a room for me. That's right. They knew I had prepaid for a room they didn't have. No refunds. They sent me to another hotel in another city. No cab fare; no nothing. They first gave me a wrong address for the other hotel, but my phone GPS said otherwise. They apologized for that and then gave me the correct address. Miles apart; not a small mistake.

Pros (+) Free breakfast had good choice and good coffee!
Cons (-) Staff could have been more welcoming and less surly on check in. Room could have beeb cleaner with a more refined aroma (not damp). Lack of facilities (ie bar/restaurant) was a little disappointing after a long flight)

Pros (+) This was a very clean, comfortable, enjoyable,safe hotel to stay at. Lots of shops restaurants things to do all around the immediate area. Staff was great, very friendly and helpful. If I'm in the area again a definite stay.

Pros (+) The room was clean and the bead great. Breakfast was included, though nothing stellar.
Cons (-) We booked it for the price, but didn't realize how far from the port we would be. What we saved in hotel rates, we ended up paying more in cab fares to the port the next morning to leave on our cruise.
