Novotel Florianópolis is ideal for an incredible stay in the city. Beautifully decorated rooms for couples, singles and families, with climate control and WiFi. The Gália Restaurant serves Italian dishes, the event room is great for lectures and coffee breaks, plus our recreational area with swimming pool, gym, and the Aya Spa with massage room. The hotel facade will be under renovation from 08/13/2025.

Cons (-) Paid online, no reservation found. Forced to pay again!!! Spent 2 hours at front desk, no one could help. Total disaster. Book elsewhere, stay elsewhere. Huge hassle. Next day they found reservation after I paid twice for room. What a joke.
