Quality of service during dinner. Nice welcome from the reception. Quality of food in the restaurant. Location, hotel surroundings and interiors. Housekeeping.
Not enough space in the closet. Low selection of food at the breakfast. Pool area should be moved to a different place - not quiet, pool surounded by restaurants and the bar and people sitting and having their launch - not a good place where you would like to relax - pool should be moved to the backyard area. All in all, we found our stay as little bit overpriced.

The hotel is amazing situated overlooking the river. Italian style and charm simply at its best. The staff are amazing here you literally do not have to do anything. Nothing is any trouble at all. The service is world class. Special mention for Antonio the Restaurant manager who was exceptional.
It was Very difficult to actually want to go home!!!!

If your priority is a Negroni made just right in an elegant setting, look no further! Beautiful location away from the bustle of Firenze with convenient 10min shuttle access. Cuisine is straightforward and taste is on point. A joy to see restaurant staff working in a team like a happy well oiled machine. Clean, well maintained and manicured property with large grounds. Hotel is not “fresh” but has true patina which is rare. Great roomy covered parking for the driver concerned with their car. Service throughout is impeccable and a reasonable price point gives a feeling of great value.
