Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to access major attractions. The staff was frequently described as friendly and helpful. However, many guests were dissatisfied with the lack of air conditioning, especially during hot weather, and some found the rooms noisy due to the central location or rooftop bar. Cleanliness was generally acceptable, though a few reviews mentioned minor issues. Overall, the hotel is valued for its location and service, but amenities and noise could be improved.AI-generated from customer reviews
