Very good location Very clean room Very good breakfast Overall very nice hotel
The room 547 was very cold and the breakfast area too, we were not able to control the heater and the temperature in the room, we had to call the reception for that. Some of the staff were very helpful and nice but some of them were not very nice.
Great views to Duomo and Ponte Vecchio
One bedroom junior suite, with sofa bed and one king bed so it worked out well for us, family of 4. Many pillows were given, bed is comfortable and dust free. There is a one Michelin restaurant on site. Walking distance to shops and shopping area about 10mins walk. Double check invoice during check-out, few items were charged to our room wrongly. Luckily we took a closer look but overall easy process.
