Great location and friendly staff!
B&B Franz House is in a great location in Florence, within walking distance of most sights. We had a room with a bathroom connected and the bathroom was upgraded and very nice. Paolo was very helpful and gave us a map and directions

Great location. The host, Giovanni, is terrific! Despite the flaws I would come back.
Wall are thin so if you have a noisy neighbor...good luck. Beds are not the most comfortable, if you are a solo traveler. They''re small.

Excellent staff! Very friendly and helpfull and we felt like being home! It's a small hostel and at breakfast you sit in the kitchen with the other guests, at the same table, while the host is making your breakfast - omelet, toast, youghurt, cofee - what ever you desire. It is walking distance to every thing in the city centre!
It's situated in a very busy street and since the rooms are in third floor Is it very very noisy. This is not for people that need a quiet place.
