Pros (+) The staff was very courteous and apologetic with the concerns
Cons (-) The first room I was in did not have clean sheets. There was dirt and what looked like a left over scab on the sheets. The second room I was in smelled very badly of dog, had a fresh throw up stain on the floor, crumbled newspaper by the bed and a left over dog bone that my kids got a hold of.

Cons (-) I was in a pet room because we brought our puppy and when we left we noticed he had a few fleas on him. My puppy ha never had fleas before!

Pros (+) Friendly staff, spent a relaxing night. Felt secure.
Cons (-) The in room fridge was loud, didn't notice until the TV was turned off. Not a deal breaker.

Pros (+) Staff was pleasant, room was very clean
Cons (-) Furniture was worn and scarred, decorating was dated. One lamp didn't work but front desk staff said they were alone so couldn't come to fix it - asked if I wanted to bring the light bulb to the front desk to check it!
