Pros (+) The beds were comfortable. It is pet friendly. Staff was friendly and accommodating.
Cons (-) The bathroom sink was clogged. The water from the faucet, toilet and bathtub was a brownish yellow color. We were not able to take showers or brush our teeth. We were told that the city was flushing the fire hydrants which caused the discolored water. We were given a full refund.

Pros (+) A very good value compare to other hotels we have stayed in along I-95. Parts of the hotel such as the doors look like they are 40-50 years old but furniture, bathrooms, and other parts seem to be recently renovated. The whole place was very clean and well maintained.

Pros (+) Fairly clean and organized. Parking and keyless entry were good. Check in was good with someone waiting at the desk.
Cons (-) Complimentary breakfast was horrible and just thrown out there with little care. Not sure the eggs were real and sausage was under cooked a bit and fairly greasy. Just a loss of personal touch. Donuts, bagels, and other stuff were on the stale side. Check out was slow as nobody at the counter for several minutes but could hear them chatting in the back. Elevator made funny noises like it was going...

Cons (-) Pet friendly does not mean that smell of fur/pet is everywhere, especially from the carpet. Fitness room is not well managed: out of order, and noise from inappropriated setup.
