Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it easy to reach main attractions and train stations. Many highlighted the cleanliness of rooms and common areas, with daily housekeeping and fresh linens. The service was frequently described as friendly, helpful, and welcoming. However, several guests complained about high noise levels from trams, trains, and street traffic, which affected their rest. A few reviews also mentioned issues with bed comfort and occasional lapses in cleanliness, but overall, the positive aspects outweighed the negatives for most visitors.
