Pros (+) The location was about 10 minutes from where I needed to be.
Cons (-) The room was musty, the mattress was filthy. They replaced it on my last night there.

Cons (-) Cleanliness could have much improved. Beds were not made, food was left in refrigerator. Spiders all over the place. Loud area with many vehicles making noise

Pros (+) Easy access from I95. Very comfortable bed. Great breakfast.
Cons (-) TV had a loose cable connection. I had to fiddle with it to get it to work- temporarily- before it quit altogether.
