Kayak price wrong
Pros: The renting experience with Enterprise was very good but I couldn't pay the prox kayak quoted.
Cons: I couldn't pay the price kayak quoted. They told me it must haven been a mistake and gave me a good discount but the price was still 20% higher.
Best experience at Rome FCO for car rentals
Pros: No major up selling by agent...5th in line, yet took less than 10 minutes...all because the agents were not spending so much time up selling...clean low mileage car, that I was brought to in PERSON by a rep in the parking lot...super quick return as well...more expensive than AVIS , but so much faster, plus AVIS rents dirty cars with high mileage.
Cons: Nothing...just hope this was not a one off.
2 hour queue to pick up the car!
Pros: online booking was smooth and easy
Cons: I arrived at the rental desk adn it took them 30min to process 3 people. i then had 9 more people in front of me which would have meant waiting a total of 2 hours to rent a car !?!!? I therefore cancelled and left. I appreciate it is holiday season and waiting times are longer than usual, but this is way too much. Not sure what the issues is and probably adding some staff at the counter would help. But also looking into making the process quicker - ask customers to pre-fill info when booking, train staff to be more efficient etc...

Pros: I was pleasantly surprised with the Peugot 308. It was newer and clean. A diesel with great gas mileage, around 40 mpg.

Cons: They canceled my reservation because my flight was late
Cons: I did not like the check out at all. The guy did not want to check the car, and he never gave me a receipt (he said he would email it, but I never received any email from Enterprise).
The guy was very lazy about doing his job. I filled up the car before returning it and he never checked. I am still not sure that everything is done and finished since I never heard anything from Enterprise.
I have two amounts on hold on my credit card (total of $1,000), and still waiting for it to be realised.
I did not like the service and I am not planning on using Enterprise again in the future.
Cons: The car we rented was not available, therefore we were forced to pay extra 45 euros, we had to wait 2 hours before we were able to get into the car. We waived any extra charges yet our final bill included charges we had declined. We have to make calls to resolve this issue which is very frustrating.
