Pros:From the moment we were greeted, we knew we were getting 5 star service. We were welcomed to our room which was amazing and were asked right away if everything was ok and if we'd like a dinner reservation. Dinner was out of this world amazing! They know how to provide quality food and exceptional service. And the entertainment was amazing as well. The medina can be quite confusing so they arranged a tour guide for us the next day. We also had access to their sister hotel and went there to use the spa, relax on the rooftop terrace and had dinner the following night there. Also really beautiful and great service. The bed was really comfortable and the room was so spacious. We loved all the little details. They did a turn down service every night. We were really impressed.
Cons:Nothing. It was amazing.
