Friendly and comfortable
Very close to the bus station, city centre and train station which made it very easy for us to travel. Hotel extremely clean and staff very friendly. Highly recommended and will definitely be going to this hotel once more.
Nothing! Our short stay in the hotel exceeded our expectations
Breakfast was fabulous. Really delicious local sausages and bacon, everything beautifully cooked, homemade bread, fruit salad, plenty of everything. Wonderfully friendly staff. They gave the impression that nothing was too much trouble.
Our room was quite small.
The location for central Exeter shopping Is excellent. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Asked for additional pillows and these were instantly provided. Room warm and beds extremely comfortable. Breakfast choice excellent and lovely bread and fried full English. On site free parking a bonus.
Overall the property is very good. Small niggles like the toilet seat a little wobbly and the shower temperature volatile. Went from boiling to cold with the slightest turn of the heater knob! On suite was fine for us but would have been difficult had we been larger ladies as quite small. (Room1). Would still happily stay here again, was extremely good value for money.
