High service, good food, very comfortable beds. For customers there is also free private zone on the beach Medina is close, near 10 min by foot
Massage good, but not the best one, which i tried in Morocco. Prices in spa quite expensive

hotel showing its age. needs some structural overhall. the breakfast staff need to be trained to streamline the ordering process:show the table, take the full order and bring it back all not piece by piece.

The best hotel you can find in essaouira. Great room, swimming pool, spa, indoor pool, pub, private beach etc .... the medina is about 500 metres far from the hotel.

Ocean view and near Medina.
Old run down feeling. Caters to busloads of tourists who board noisy busses at 7 am.Staff members are just going through the motions and could care less about the guests. The morning "buffet" was substandard ard unappetizing, and was not included in the price. This place was probably good 40 years ago but is sadly a 3.5 at best. The fact thst Sofitel put their sub sister brand of M Gallery just shows how low and money hungry they have become.
